I keep having to submit an invoice for the same review because they keep removing it. Even after they have indicated that it is okay, because I am (have been) just a paying customer of the company that I reviewed. Yet the negative review is simply removed because the company in question does not agree. Not independent at all.

Edit: After this review I was immediately contacted and an apology was made for asking twice for an invoice as proof. Nevertheless, they still don't seem very objective and this may be a typical damage control case.

Telling customers is not a good site for looking at reviews. Not all reviews are posted! Bad experiences are often not posted because my bad experience is not important and desirable because I did not become a customer of Kattenberg Verhuizingen. Company does not keep its own agreement as stated on their site. If you call Kattenberg Verhuizingen, you will receive the answer whether I thought she was still sent the 10 free boxes while I did not become a customer. If I indicate that this is on their site, I get the response that he does not want a long conversation about it and that they will probably adjust the text on the site! If I leave a bad review on telling customers, it will be quietly removed because I have not had my move done by the company and therefore have not been a customer. So as a potential customer you can only find half the truth on telling customers. So don't look at the reviews on customer stories!

Fast, smooth service, nice staff. I had to have the stairlift placed for my father who was still in a care home and I have little knowledge of the matter. No problem for the people of Smienk everything was thought about and solved. Smienk had a beautiful stairlift, for a good price and with excellent service.

You can also read on the internet how selective they are in the case of bad experiences with well-paid customers.

This review site is not objective and is only available for companies against payment, so negative reviews will not get through. In my case, the excuse was that the review quality could no longer be guaranteed because my purchase was longer than 6 months ago. The conflict with the selling party existed after 6 months, which is also valuable information for consumers, but not according to customer reports.

The positive google reviews only come from sellers who pay for the customer story review service. This allows them to display manipulated reviews and ratings on their website, so this is attractive for many companies, but misleading for the consumer.

In short: as a consumer, do not post reviews and do not make choices based on the reviews of customer stories!

@Nick Hof: I also get no answers to these types of questions. I often see extremely high percentages of positive ratings. Sometimes almost 100% out of almost 1000 reviews. I have lodged my complaint with ACM (Authority Consumer & Market). If we all do that, maybe something changes.

This company offers its customers ample opportunity to write fake reviews and remove bad reviews. It thus merely serves the interests of its own customers. The consumer is only misled.

I would like to write a review about a company with which I have wonderful experiences and ended up on this site. I have been writing reviews for a while now and the strength of a good review portal is that both good and bad experiences can be shared so that a customer has at least some idea with who or what he has 'to do' with before doing business.
The smart customer knows which reviews matter and which ones you can skip. Of course, you rarely come across a truly nuanced story about a company on the internet and that in itself is not surprising. Most people are of course not nuanced; people with 300 reviews in their name from 2 glaring lines, envy, eg having a bad experience with a company and not being able to tell it in a controlled and civilized way and so on. Still, you have to start somewhere in your assessment whether a site is worth it to 'risk' a review or not, you want to contribute to a better society yourself, and not write 'for nothing', at least many among us then ... Writing a good review is not that easy and whether it is a 1 or 5 star review does not matter. My working method is usually that I first just take a brief look at the figure and then read a number of reviews myself. You often quickly 'read' from the use of language where you ended up, and any responses from an owner say a lot. On this site I notice two things: firstly that the figure is lousy low ... actually only 'Ziggo' scores even worse;), and secondly that the owner does not actually go into the 'arguments' ... that are given in the reviews. Although that owner may of course be tired of all the injustice that happened to him, it doesn't seem to be stupid, so I am left with the feeling after going through 70 reviews that there is at least the appearance of financial entanglement, I sincerely hope that this is not the case, but if it does, Google reviews here 'does' exactly the work for which it is intended. I advise the owner of the company to be completely open about his / her motivations for placing certain reviews or not. Unfortunately, there is not always a grain of truth in a smear against a person or company, that such a smear sometimes occurs spontaneously is simply dictated by our economic model and the limitations we dare / can impose on ourselves. I can therefore imagine that in order to give a serious, honest impression of a company you want to remove 'the bad apples', but there is an unprecedented field of tension. Violating the 'truth' by interfering with statistics is undeniably a great danger.

Customer telling is not fair and manipulates the matter. Bad reviews for a company will be passed on to the company in question. However, the review will not be posted. This makes it easy to say that a company always has good review figures. The bad review will only be posted with comments from the company if it is up to the customer. Recently I was also invited to write a review by Klantvertellen.nl. I was under the assumption that it is an honest, reliable company. That is why I put energy into it. I regret that. If the response is not correct, you will be approached. The review will then not be posted.
This smells very much of scams.
It is not the customers who assess, but the customerstellen.nl will evaluate in consultation with the rated company. And your review.
All in all a mockery. The government should do something about this.
Because one thing is clear: The reviews that you see through customerstelling.nl are as fake as possible.

Pieter, it is true that they do not post negative reviews, I also tried it a number of times, but they remove that idd!
Of course, they have to talk to paying companies and then they have nothing to do with negative experiences. Just look at the average figure, it is just unrealistic and that is why these types of "companies really should be stopped. It also seems terrible to me if you, as a hard-working company and delivering real quality, miss out on customers because they end up with those EXPERIENCES.

Takes a long time before customers receive reviews. Problem previously reported but has not yet been resolved. Also reminder emails do not arrive after 2 weeks while the system is set to 4 days. My response rate is 41 percent but could have been more.

Jul 22, 2020 Update:

Still no feedback and the system still does not send reminders to customers. The system also allows double e-mail addresses, which is not the intention.

After consulting with sales that it seemed interesting to me and that I was considering it, I emailed the same evening that I wanted to wait a while. I would have wanted it in a couple of months, but I really do not like that now.

Bought a stairlift for my aunt through the Social Support Act at Smienk stairlifts.
Worthless this company, they have made a mess of it, my aunt would come home after 3 months in the z-house and the rehabilitation after having been paralyzed on the left side.
The stairlift would have been installed well before this date.
After all, we had requested this well in time and it had been measured for a long time.
To make a long story short, it took 5 weeks from the day it was supposed to be installed until the stairlift could actually be put into use.
After many phone calls, getting angry, calling in the municipality, it worked but the agreements made were no good, there was no communication at all, there were promises every week that they would assemble everything next time, but nothing went well.
While they promise to deliver within 14 days.
So in the light of the above, posted a review but telling customers not to post it because the review is negative.
And advertise in large print: RELIABLE REVIEWS !!!
Shame that companies like this can exist and make a living from this lying.
Good thing you can still post your honest review on google.
Because people like Smienk Stairlifts who earn their money over the back of people in need of help while nothing is right are bad, but a company that only "sells" good reviews might be even worse.

I have told client stories 3 times to explain to me the unlikely number of reviews of (in this case) De Nederlandse Zonnepanelen Unie. The number of reviews was achieved in a very short (too short?) Time. Moreover, they are all 5 stars and after the short period in which the reviews have been posted, hardly any reviews have been added. It seems normal to me that there are question marks. Customer telling has responded zero times over the past month, while I have received my emails via their own website. I now wonder how many fake reviews have been posted by various companies in total. After all, with a VPN program this is a piece of cake and Customer Telling does not seem to care.

Their paying customers want to see some positive reviews on the sites, so customersvertellen.nl takes care of that.
Posting a negative comment is a form of chastisement, and once they accidentally land on their customer's site, they'll find the hole to get it off asap. And you don't make up their rules.
Only now do I understand the contrast between the high score of our 'professional' and the work delivered.
Customersmogennietvertellen.nl would be a better name for the company.
In our concrete case: according to the rules of customer telling, we reported our negative rating 'too late'.
One year after the invoice date, we have reached an 'agreement' with the 'professional' regarding the damage suffered by his bunkers. And logically only after this sent our (negative) rating.
