I keep having to submit an invoice for the same re...

I keep having to submit an invoice for the same review because they keep removing it. Even after they have indicated that it is okay, because I am (have been) just a paying customer of the company that I reviewed. Yet the negative review is simply removed because the company in question does not agree. Not independent at all.

Edit: After this review I was immediately contacted and an apology was made for asking twice for an invoice as proof. Nevertheless, they still don't seem very objective and this may be a typical damage control case.
