The employer is served.
Their paying customers want to see some positive reviews on the sites, so customersvertellen.nl takes care of that.
Posting a negative comment is a form of chastisement, and once they accidentally land on their customer's site, they'll find the hole to get it off asap. And you don't make up their rules.
Only now do I understand the contrast between the high score of our 'professional' and the work delivered.
Customersmogennietvertellen.nl would be a better name for the company.
In our concrete case: according to the rules of customer telling, we reported our negative rating 'too late'.
One year after the invoice date, we have reached an 'agreement' with the 'professional' regarding the damage suffered by his bunkers. And logically only after this sent our (negative) rating.

Refused by customers (mogenniet )reken.nl. Supposedly, only proof of payment / invoice date counts for them, and they are not at all fascinated by the fact that until recently we had contact with the supplier through his counsel to try to find a solution.

And we won't talk about the quarantine / censorship rules for the review poster. The supplier's response is screened less adequately.
