It's a beautiful city, extremely picturesque and has a certain positive atmosphere. Definitely recommend it

I often attend concerts in the KKL and am also overwhelmed by the beautiful architecture.
I would advise anyone to visit it at least once.

Customer-friendliness leaves a lot to be desired, one gets slowly sluggish if not even arrogant both in the catering trade as well as in the concert enterprise. Would not make an unqualified recommendation anymore.

Vivaldi by Candlelight was fantastic - we will definitely come back.

I was lucky to get to the Turner exhibition "sea and mountains." Interesting paintings, drawings and watercolors. Turner - the artist of light!

Was one, two times to go to the bathroom, was not impressed. Too many snobs looked at me as if I were an alien. I prefer the place in front of it or the P4. P4, comes to the P4 best Guenort in town, best people!

Interesting architecture from Jean Nouvel. Great setting facing the Lake of Lucerne. Aside the old town it represents the center of Lucerne City with endless cultural activities and the main station of all public transportation like trains, buses and ships.

Wonderful concert experience, always happy to the Lucerne Festival. High-profile artists, sympathetic program, always worth a visit.

The concert hall is a force. Highly recommended are concerts in which the mighty organ is used. There are regular concerts with the 21st Century Orchestra, blockbuster with live film music.

I was allowed to go there and listen to the New Year rehearsal. It was a nice experience. What particularly impressed me was that I could park easily in the underground car park at Lucerne train station, I had a blind friend with me, we wanted something to eat beforehand and everything was accessible with the air in the same building, even the toilet. We ate very well, unfortunately I forgot the name of the restaurant, it had various menus in buffet style, so you got it yourself and looked for the table. It was small but very special and sweet this place. The rehearsal was a bit resinous because very demanding tones would have to sound, but we had our joy and will certainly repeat this again on occasion. As I said, everything was accessible from the underground car park in the same building - great!

A parking garage is directly under the KKL and the pier is right next to it and you can board the ships.

A very nicely designed building. Good infrastructure. Plenty of place for your coats and stuff. Good audience but kinda small. Pretty steep sitting angle. Overall a great place for a concert.

Perfect location in the city center next to the train station. Modern building, adapted PMR, cold, without any charm, but very functional. Exhibition on Turner and Switzerland. Very interesting, well exposed paintings.

The concert hall is very beautiful, as is the acoustics ... only it is very narrow in the top row.

Great place to enjoy some local festivals, street food, amusement Park and have fun. Keep an eye on events' schedule as they only happen in some days

Very nice concert hall, the acoustics for classical music is really good. I really like this room. The underground parking at the train station is right next door it is very convenient.

Impressive and interesting architecture. Unique concert halls. Restaurant, bar integrated. The ambience is modern and cool. If you are looking for something homely, is wrong here.

An utterly extraordinary venue. The architecture alone is worth visiting the building. If you are able to get a ticket to a concert in the main hall, take the chance.
