It's been over 5 years since Dr Costanza did breast implants for my wife. From day one we were amazed and to this day my wife s breasts are phenomenal. So natural and perfect in size. I can t say enough about his professionalism and surgical technique. He is tops in his field and we thank him so much. As soon as I stepped in his office I knew I was in the right place as the waiting room is in a different area to protect the privacy of those coming in and out after procedures. I met with Dr. Costanzo and he was very informative and patient, answering all my crazy questions :) Then I met with Christina, who has been with Dr. Costanzo for 28 years, and she gave me financial options that made a procedure possible. The final straw was when Dr. Costanzo brought a patient in to show me his before and after pictures and let me ask him questions. I signed up the same day :) On the day of the procedure my nurse Sheila took great care of me and after the procedure I could not believe that I had no mark on my hand from the IV!!! Seriously, I have had many non-elective surgeries and I always bruise !!! My after care was handled by Tangeniva who was so good to me I actually want to go to the office just to say hello and to bring my Mom who loves her too :) I could not have had a better experience and am already planning another procedure next year with Dr. Costanzo :)
I recently had two procedures done by Dr. Costanzo, one being a breast augmentation with a lift. It had been 14 years since my original lift (from another doctor) and they needed to be perky and beautiful again. Dr. Constanzo did a beautiful job on them. I am so happy with the results from both procedures and so was my husband. His office is on time, clean, and well run. The office manger is also extremely helpful and kind and so is his head nurse. I was very happy with my experience with him, and I would definitely recommend him to others, as well as visit him again for any future needs I may have. He is very knowledgeable and polished in his work.

Choosing Dr. Costanzo was the best decision I ever made. My surgery was last year and he did an amazing job. His staff is absolutely amazing, the day of the surgery I was actually really nervous but his staff did a wonderful job to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Before the surgery I was an A cup and that size barely even fit. My breast were also what I called " coned shaped". I actually don't even remember how my old breasts looked, I'm way too in love with my new set of twins. I am now a full D cup with a round shape. I love them so much! I never thought they would look so good but they do and that is thanks to Dr. Costanzo. He is amazing and has a lot of talent in what he does. I would recommend Dr. Costanzo to anyone who is thinking about getting a breast augmentation. He is great and he will leave you looking great and feeling great!
It has been a month and a half since I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr.Costanzo. And I am AMAZED WITH THE RESULTS!!! Starting with the consultation: The staff and Dr. Costanzo are very nice and welcoming. Dr.Costanzo listened to my request and took the time to explain the procedure. When I decided to actually get surgery, Dr.Costanzo and the staff were very informative for pre-op and post-op instructions. Dr. Costanzo is amazing! I don't give praise easily and I hardly write reviews but after my experience with breast augmentation I have to recommend dr. Costanzo to any body thinking about getting breast augmentation.
I've always been small breasted. After 2 kids and two years of breast feeding- I went from little to none. I needed and wanted to have larger breasts and so I set out to find a doctor. I visited and spoke with a few doctors, but after meeting with Dr. Costanzo I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. He has the best bedside manner; he's patient and smiled and always answered all my questions, before and after surgery. But honestly it's not only him- his team is amazing. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so wonderful the day of surgery pre and post op. And of course the results are amazing!!!! My husband and I are very happy with my new breasts! I'm so happy i had them done and love the way I fill out my shirts and dresses now. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Costanzo- he really is the best!
Standing almost naked, in front of a complete stranger, so they can evaluate the areas of your body that you are most insecure about, is never an easy thing. However, Dr. Costanzo is professional, knowledgeable, and kind that he made my experience actually quite comfortable. I booked my surgery the same day I had my consultation because I was so impressed by his experience and knowledge but mostly because he made me feel comfortable. And for someone who gets anxiety over everything, feeling comfortable with someone is a big deal! Not only is he great, but his staff is pretty incredible too. They are all so kind and helpful. I think I called them a million times with random questions and they were always so willing to help me out. So if you're looking for a PS that will give you beautiful, natural results, in a professional, safe environment, I highly recommend Dr. Costanzo and his staff!
I don't even know where to begin! I would do a 5 star if I could. I feel like Dr. Costanzo gave me an extra hint of confidence! I had both liposuction and breast augmentation replacement done and it looks great! I've never seen my back and stomach so well shaped! No matter how much I worked out there was always that tough fat that wouldn't go away! I am so ecstatic with my results and it just keeps improving as the days go by. Dr. Costanzo and his staff were amazing. I went to Dr. Costanzo on July 3rd for a tummy tuck and within a week I was feeling great. He made me feel beautiful again with the work he did. His staff is extremely helpful, the follow up after surgery is also great. I've heard so many stories of people choosing the wrong doctor and getting botched. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Costanzo, do my homework and choose him as my doctor for the surgery on the first try. I would recommend anyone go to Dr. Costanzo!!!
I got recommended to Dr. Costanzo by a friend and I am beyond satisfied with the results. I got a breast augmentation and they came out better than I could have ever imagined. I wanted to achieve a natural look, which is exactly what Dr. Costanzo did for me. I have no negative things to say about him or the staff. The staff there as well; very friendly and nice, they make you feel welcomed.
I did extensive research on plastic surgeons because I wanted to be completely sure about the Doctor I selected. After vetting through my Top 5 I selected Dr. Costanzo and I will never regret it. He performed a miracle on my nose. I had prior Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty but that Dr. left a big bulb on the tip of my nose. It only got worse with age and it started to resemble a ski slope. Since, I already had plastic surgery Dr. Costanzo did caution that he would be limited to about an 85% improvement to what I already have. But if this result was only 85%, I wonder what 100% improvement would have looked like. My nose looks amazing and I feel so much better taking pictures and wearing different hats and sunglass styles. His staff is impeccable and personable. Holly, Christina and his OR staff are just amazing! I am just speechless on how to describe my new nose. I just love, love it!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The procedure I came to Dr. Costanzo for was a BA, something that I've wanted for most of my life yet never thought I would be able to get. When I started looking for surgeons I was so terrified of making a poor decision or ending up with catastrophic results. I happened upon Dr. Costanzo via the RealSelf website and instantly I knew this was a guy who would be honest and upfront with me. When I had my consultation, I appreciated his matter-of-fact approach and the confidence he has in his skill. I also have to mention how AMAZING his staff is. I recently had two procedures done by Dr. Costanzo; one being a breast augmentation capsular removal and the second was a breast lift. I had my implants for 30 years from a different doctor. I knew after having my implants for that long I most likely would need a lift. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery so far I'm loving the idea of having smaller breast I would recommend Dr. Costanzo and his staff.

I went to Dr Costanzo a little less than a month ago for a breast augmentation, and I am more than happy with the results. Not only is he a great doctor, but he made me feel comfortable before during and after the surgery. I got 600cc saline implants put in, and they look and feel amazing. Dr. Costanzo did a BA probably more than 10 years ago and they still look great. I am thrilled with his work. So thrilled, in fact, that I went back for another consultation and I'm going to go ahead and have him do a face lift. He and his staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had my first breast augmentation with Dr. Costanzo in July of 2018. The day after surgery I felt great! I felt almost no pain, the pain pump he recommended to help with any discomfort post op worked amazingly!

Dr Costanzo was referred to me by a good friend. Even so, i still did my research and Dr Contanzo had topped them all. But, it wasn't until a doctor friend of mine, had mentioned him randomly when i had mentioned what i was thinking about doing. Apparently some of his lady patients/friends have had work done with Dr Costanzo and had nothing but great things to say. Well now I am one of those ladies.
It has barely been a month since my surgery, and i absolutely love what he has done for me. His staff is very friendly and welcoming and full of helpful information, the facilities are super clean and inviting.

My first procedure five years ago was a lower face and neck lift. It took years off of me and has been a wonderful gift to me. I experienced no pain whatsoever after the procedure. I was 58 years old at the time. Now I am 63 and had a tummy tuck 9 days ago. I am thrilled with the results already and I know they will just get better as time goes by. I have the abdomen of a young women and this after 5 pregnancies and huge weight loss. It is quite amazing how wonderful I feel about the work Dr Costanzo and his staff have done for me. Tummy tuck is a big surgery and I expected major pain after. I have had minimal discomfort and I was well equipped with pain pump and by mouth meds to handle any and all discomfort. It's been 9 days and all is going so well. The work done was beyond my expectations.
At 77 years of age I decided to have major cosmetic surgery: I wanted my 30 year old silicone breast implants replaced and lifted, a mini face lift, and a tummy tuck. I went to Dr. Chris Costanzo, Thousand Oaks, Ca. I paid him in the amount of $33,200.00 for these procedures. The breast implants and the face lift were disasters, and the tummy tuck stitches were done in a most sloppy manner.
The face lift resulted in one side of my face being noticeably higher than the other around the eye area. Dr. Costanzo tried to fix it, but couldn t. Ultimately, I have had the left side of my face revised by another cosmetic surgeon in the amount of $5,000.00.
The implants he put in were 75cc smaller than we had agreed upon. In addition, I ended up with an inverted right nipple (which sits 1/4 inch lower than my left nipple), my left breast also became smaller than my right breast with the implant sitting way too far to the left toward my armpit. Dr. Costanzo redid this job as well, making things even worse. I now have a deformed left breast in addition to all of the same problems he left me with the first time. It has been over a year. The good doctor offered to redo my breasts again for the price of $8,700.00 (full price) CAN YOU IMAGINE THE NERVE OF HIM! Presently I am scheduled to have them reconstructed by another cosmetic surgeon in the area. I was told that there is nothing that can be done to un-do the damage which he created, but I was guaranteed that the results would be greater than 50% improvement from what I have now. Wish me luck, and stay away from Costanzo s office.
I have learned that in Dr. Costanzo s opinion he is never wrong it s always someone else's fault. So, I expect his denial and excuses forthcoming on the above comments. All I can tell you is that this statement is made less for revenge and/or anger than it is from the hope that this will prevent him doing this to someone else.

I had my BA completed by Dr. Costanzo and from my first apt I knew he was the right Dr. for me. I had my surgery 8 years ago and get compliments all the time. Not by random people, but by medical professionals, who I'm sure see plenty. I actually had an X-Ray Tech ask for my Dr's contact info for her daughter. I have never felt better about myself and had a pleasant feeling toward Dr. Costanzo and his staff.
I just hope he's around when I need to do them again! :)
