Exciting building in a beautiful location on Lake Lucerne. For concert visits highly recommended. The acoustics are unique and also something for the eye is offered.

Beautiful room of acoustics. Pims too late in The performance after break - no entry from the inlet anymore. So better go to the bathroom at home.

A beautiful concert hall in a romantic setting by the lake, near the train station and the city center, just around the ground lies a bunch of young flakacu who apparently do not work, playing music on the phone, smokes who knows what and provokes passersby

Quite large in terms of capacity of people. I went and managed to get tickets for a recital that was 1 hour later. Nice place. Very tall and comfortable. Good seats.

Very interesting architecture. Very nice concerts with the 21 Century Orchestra. The location on the lake also offers a beautiful view at all times, be it from the restaurants or from the terrace in the KKL!

Was this time from a seminar at the KKL: useful as a convention center, but the chairs in the small hall are not comfortable for tall people (191 cm) and the screen too big and too high up for the first 10-12 rows.

Sometimes overwhelmed and unfriendly at the concert entrance. This although there were almost no people at the entrance. An ash-blonde lady in her mid / late 40s yells around instead of giving objective help. She was assigned to check the data / ticket check. Dreadful. Dampen the mood.
Three stars out of goodwill because the KKL concert building is otherwise ok. Restaurant experience regarding food and staff otherwise also good.

A huge architectural centre, with art, restaurant and different music events take place, like the blueballs festival in summer, classic symphony orchestras and rock concerts.

Exciting architecture, great concert hall with perfect acoustics. Water is used as an architectural element, with the disadvantage that it smells like a swimming pool in the foyer.

Excellent acoustics for classical concerts. Relatively expensive. Untalented sound engineers spoil the joy of concerts with amplifiers (jazz, chansons etc.), as they produce neither a reasonable sound mix nor a tolerable volume. No wonder sometimes earplugs are distributed before such concerts! So it does not make fun ...

The KKL is an exclusively beautiful building and has an outstanding range of classical music

Lucerne is a city where we find an incredible serenity! At the edge of the lake of the 4 cantons, the architechture is a sweet mixture of beautiful old buildings and contemporary to visit

"How to train your dragon" with the City Light Symphony Orchestra. Was super nice and impressive.

Give cultural events at a high level. Good bar and restaurant integrated with covered terraces.

We visited the KKL for a "family concert". I am particularly fascinated by the architecture of the building - the play with the water, the raised roof, the partly Facade reminiscent of an industrial building, the sophisticated walls of the concert hall, ...). The staff is friendly and helpful. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the city and the lake.

For the City Light Concert with film Apollo 13 in the KKL. Always happy here. The catering for the break needs improvement, because the waiting times are long and there are not enough tables to stop the drinks. But otherwise everything is just great here, especially the big music hall - great sound experience. Gladly again.
