I wanted to buy an open box dslr, The store guys were not aware of its existence. I told them, that the website says you have one at the store. They took the pain and searched. We found it, but it was missing battery, cables, lens cap, manuals and box !! They quoted a price equivalent of a new one. Seriously! They need to hire people who know stuff !!
