The STUPIDEST women working here in this Council, really don't know how these Stupid Women got the Job in the first place, really don't know what they are doing here and getting paid for doing ZILCH! These Women Can't give a straight answer to a straight Question, most Responses to our Questions are 'I don't know?' well, if they can't answer our simple Questions, then why the hell are they employed by the Council and charging us Council Tax for doing ZILCH??? I say Kick these Stupid Moronic staff out and stop Wasting our Council Tax by paying these Morons our Council Tax monies for doing ZILCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put my Christmas tree out for collection a week ...

I put my Christmas tree out for collection a week ago, as I thought this was a service that had been offered by the Council (this is what it stated in the leaflet posted through the door for Christmas collections) but it was not collected yesterday, which is our normal collection day.
When I phoned about this, I was told that this is an 'add-on' service and to dispose of it myself, if necessary.

Very very poor. Mixed recycling crates not collected twice on allotted days. The telephone contact centre appears seriously under staffed and the wait to report problems is unacceptable, Thanking someone for their patience by a recorded message is seriously insulting considering the aggravation experienced. But when one actually reaches a member of staff they are polite and helpful.

very poor experience , cut backs in supporting young people, young people with learning diffficulties, ASD etc etc. LBS social services one of the worst ever that I have engaged with; referrals are very slow to the point that they do not return your call, words of a staff member who is meant to be caring for vulnerable young people 'it is due to the cut backs in the borough''. Think it is time to vote labour.

I've just renewed the garden collection payment but this was one of the most difficult transactions to make as none of the windows gave a clear route on where the payment could be paid. Each window just stated, 'More Options' or I was taken round and round in circles; it was almost as if you didn't want to be paid!
Surely, you could create a clear route as to how payment can be effected rather than offering vague and unhelpful 'More Option' routes!
It just needs someone with a bit of nous in your IT department to create such a route; I spent half an hour trying to pay for something that should be quite easy but isn't!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service on the bins. Ever since the council introduced a new service to collect different bins on different weeks, it is a complete lottery as to whether the bins will be collected at all. Just today the landfill bins where not collected, AGAIN, for our entire block (about 10 properties). This is an ongoing issue. Plus each house now has 5 bins (landfill, plastics & glass, paper, food and garden waste) so there are almost 50 bins in the street for just 10 houses! It is a mess.

I've been reporting a blocked pavement for ages now, which has become a real issue for local residents. Complete lack of interest or action on Sutton's part. I have no option but to take it further to TFL as the pavement has become a real danger to any pedestrians using it.

The service is there just for the sake of it - No matter how many times you call they don't address your query. In my case, I have requested for a bin which their bin men broke and my request is since last 2 months and hasn't been addressed, all they say is, 'It will be done in 2 days'!

They pick on vulnerable parents to take away their children for the purposes for child rape and child smuggling.

Always and I mean always take voice / video recordings if ever involved with these animals.

They tried to take my son and my daughter, both times failed and got smacked right where it hurts.

Phoned to report the state of our grass verge - very churned up after inconsiderate cars and vans have been parking on it. Helpful gentlemen at the Council said they would send someone to have a look and hopefully put in bollards. Fingers crossed this will happen. Quick and efficient.

I thought my council (Thanet) was bad i'm afraid Sutton beat them hands down. Tried to report some dangerous overhanging trees which caused not only my 90 year old dad to have to walk in the road but also young mums with prams. Waited 20 minutes while at "number two" and gave up. Could not find an e-mail address for the department in question. Totally useless. Could not give zero stars!

Have chased up 3 times and the response i get is we have raised it with the service provide @Veolia . The council should cancel there contract they have made a mess of it since they have taken over

Extremely poor service. 5 weeks ago we moved to the area of Sutton, there was no bins - ordered strait away and up to today waiting for the new bins!
Reported a missed collection already 5 phone calls and nothing happen - now it's 4 weeks from 1st collation and more than 20 bags in front of the house. A lot flies, bees, larvae and other bugs - really stinks.
Today I've been told that the bags I have to sort it out by my self.
Try don't pay council tax - they will not wait that long.

Went for the Nationality Checking Service. Was really quick, with only one other person in front of me. Just as the doors opened at 9am. Payment kiosk is quick and works. Really great officer handling my case as well, made me feel welcome throughout the visit. Couldn't ask for a more friendlier person! Front desk was really friendly as well!
