Minus1 * extremely poor service. Reported a missed garden rubbish collection on Monday 12th, Friday 16th Still hasn't been emptied. We pay extra for this service! You need more telephone staff and your website needs to be more user friendly. It would be nice to speak to a human being!!! Very unhappy with sutton council!
