horrible service on waste management , paid for ga...

horrible service on waste management , paid for garden waste bin in nov 2017 and still waiting for it . Have chased up 3 times and the response i get is we have raised it with the service provide @Veolia . The council should cancel there contract they have made a mess of it since they have taken over
