My home was rented out on the first open for inspection for a great price and they found me excellent tennants... ! They were very professional with communicating... They were also very good with helping me to organise certain quality trades at a good price to get a few things in my home up to date before I rented it out...

They knew the area so well and the less-known little appeals of our estate (including walking tracks, schools, cafes etc). David and Lyn did a wonderful job selling a house for me many years ago so I went back to them to help with the recent sale of my apartment. What I think I appreciate the most about David is his genuine and calm personality. Both sales had there challenges and my emotions went up and down but David remained calm and confident throughout. He is an excellent listener and gives you useful and realistic information to base your decisions upon. He is very respectful of both seller and buyer and works to bring about a sale that all parties feel good about. I have no hesitation recommending David, Lyn and their team.

Having met David and Lynn Newcomb through professional networking circles, it was an easy decision to have the property managed by their team for what turned out to be 12 years when we returned to our home state of South Australia.

We attribute the long periods of tenancy whilst maintaining good market revenue to the trustworthy and professional service exhibited by the property managers put in place and supervised by Lynn. However that is not to say they have been hands off David personally acted on our behalf when some distressing issues arose with the construction of the neighbouring building. David s expert market knowledge was invaluable when he advised us not to sell after we were approached by an agent looking for stock just prior to the Commonwealth Games.

As luck would have it, when we finally decided to sell, the strictest national Covid restrictions were announced on the weekend we had our first open. David s exemplary communication was pivotal during this challenging time. The price David helped us achieve (especially under such extraordinary conditions) was quite literally life changing when we compare it to what we may have settled with, had we gone another way.
