David and Lyn did a wonderful job selling a house for me many years ago so I went back to them to help with the recent sale of my apartment. What I think I appreciate the most about David is his genuine and calm personality. Both sales had there challenges and my emotions went up and down but David remained calm and confident throughout. He is an excellent listener and gives you useful and realistic information to base your decisions upon. He is very respectful of both seller and buyer and works to bring about a sale that all parties feel good about. I have no hesitation recommending David, Lyn and their team.
