From start to finish I had nothing but stellar service. Connie with your sales department in the showroom was immediately the one to help both my mother and I was picking the appliances for my personal home to the point purchase and scheduling the delivery and she was absolutely incredibly responsive amazing and friendly. We were originally told that we may not get all of the appliances and full until early next year we were fortunate enough that everything arrived today and one shot. Brendan Jr and Mark were here and I can't say enough wonderful things about them all they were helpful took the time to explain everything to me friendly which goes a long way with me makes all the difference I will definitely definitely be requesting them for services in the future if needed. I would recommend kiefers to anyone and I would specifically asked and recommend people to use the same people that helped us all through the process kudos to you all

My experience with Kieffer's was so fantastic I can't put it into words. Everyone was great to work with. I had a very specific space that needed exactly the right size washer and dryer. They were able to find it and install it for a fair price! The delivery guys were so awesome! Jibreel and Sean are the men for the job! If you get an appliance ask for them! They were nice, polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional! I will be going to Kieffer's for all of my future appliances!

I go back to Kieffer s time and time again because of their top notch service, both at the time of purchase and more importantly, after the sale. Recently the dishwasher they installed for me 5 years ago shifted off the shims they had to use to install it (issues with my floors, not their issue) and all I had to do was call them and they sent someone out to fix it the next day! Service after the sale is so important and Kieffer s offers that consistently. You could go to a big box store, but good luck getting the kind of service after the sale that Kieffer s provides. Love them and recommend them to all of my clients as well!

They are terrible! My wife called because we just bought a GE dishwasher from them because it was making a high pitch noise. My wife had to call them 6 times in the first three weeks to get a GE service technician. They never return phone calls. You would think when you are going to a appliance store that would be there focus. But no, Lowe's or Home Depot would treat you better. I advise staying away from GE dishwashers apparently the "high pitch" is normal. Keiffers installer even said it didn't sound correct. But they wouldn't back the product they sold to us and allow us to return it. They say they are a family business but in reality it's just a bunch of salesmen. I will never use them again. Buy at the big box stores they will stand behind what they sell.

Wonderful store! They have so many brands for you to see an touch. The sales people are so helpful. If you are buying multiple appliances for a new kitchen or a redesign it is a must to come here. They really know their stuff!

Appliance shopping is pretty low on my list of things that I want to do on a Saturday, but the staff at Kieffer's is phenomenal. We walked in and were greeted right away by Rob. He was incredibly helpful without hovering over us. Several other staff members were available on the floor to answer questions. If you do have to spend your free time shopping for appliances, just go here and they'll take care of you.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and no one said a word. No greeting, no one asked if we needed help and no goodbye. I guess because my husband and I were in sweats from running around all day we look poor. That's okay I will take my business elsewhere.

The salesman Geoff could not have been nicer however when it was installed, they totally botched the job. We had to wait two days to have men come out and reinstall it and that was only after we threatened to cancel order. Finally a new crew showed up with Mr. Keifer who was knowledgeable but condescending, arrogant and unfriendly. Never going there again

I finally bought some new kitchen appliances. My new Range, Refrigerator and Dishwasher make my meals that much better thanks to Kieffers. Its a process deciding which brands to get. All the information that I found online only confused and frustrated me. It wasn't until I decided to walk into their giant showroom that things started to make sense. I was greeted by a sales person who efficiently answered all my questions. Not only did he explain all my choices but offered advice based on my complex and old kitchen. I would have screwed it all up if I had purchased online.

I received some quotes and a picture presentation that outlined all my choices. The prices seemed to be the best that I could find and went with it. The delivery guys went above and beyond. It was perfect.

I went into the showroom to look around at first then the sales man approached and asked if I saw anything I might be interested in. I was looking for an electric stove, and possible microwave or fan.. He was no help and didn't explain anything about the stove or microwave that I was interested in. So disappointed. I personally would not go back, and his personal hygiene was disgusting. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I will keep looking. They don't desire a one star, but I could not post this without checking it off.

Heard a lot of good things, but I made an order three weeks ago and the salesperson confirmed the delivery date. Received a call the day before delivery date that the items are not in stock even though I specifically asked for items that were in stock when I ordered. Very disappointed I feel like I was duped. They did nothing to try and fix it.

The only reason I am giving Kieffer's one star is because they do a good job in the showroom, which makes sense since we bought both a washer and dryer. After that, they deserve no stars. Their deliver process was extremely poor, they did not follow through on their promises, they rarely return phone calls and worst of all their work is sub-standard. Our dryer puts excessive amounts of both moisture and lint into our laundry room and although they say they will come fix it, they still have not called to make an appointment to do the work. If I were you, I would stay away from Kieffer's Appliances.

I reviewed this place a year ago and I just want to update a year later 3/10/2021 saying i still give this place 5 stars, I'd give more if i could they've been fantastic with prices, customer service, and quality.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Most affordable prices I've ever seen. Rob is phenominal. Best sense of humor and incredibly knowledgable. Really knows how to talk to someone without making me feel dumb. Well versed in brands and being able to match my needs even with difficult conditions. One stop shop for all appliance needs I wouldn't go anywhere else. I wish I could give more than 5 stars I have never felt more comfortable making a purchase in my life.

In November I purchased a washer/dryer from Kieffer's Appliances. Unfortunately when they were installed damages occurred to a gas valve and a condensation pump, which necessitated having both a plumber and a heating technician in for repairs. I immediately called Kieffer's and spoke to a Mr, Nick Sliner. He was considerate, courteous and respectful. Within a month of the incident, I received a check from Kieffer's covering the cost of the damages. Accidents happen; but to have a company that takes full responsibility and stands behind its installers is exceptional. I highly recommend purchasing appliances from Kieffer's and will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I am very pleased with my experience at Keiffer's. I was evaluating dishwasher options which was a bit overwhelming. I settled on wanting a Bosch 300 series. I called Kieffer's having read their reviews and having visited other appliance stores in my area.

Matt W. was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me select the best item within my budget and coordinated delivery asap. The delivery team was on-time and very friendly. I will definitely recommend Kieffer's to friends and will call them back when I have a need. Thank you!!

Only appliance store I will go to - they are extremely honest, knowledgeable, and stand by their products. We ve purchased through the big box stores and Gerhards but have not had good experiences, especially when something goes wrong. Kieffers are the only ones we trust now with our appliance needs!

Great selection of appliances from mid to high end. Definitely the go to place for that high end commercial kitchen appliances. A full wide selection of appliances to choose from. Great showroom to view the appliances in model kitchens. Highly recommend and very knowledgeable staff.

We had our first experience with Kieffer's today. Due to COVID, we actually bought our range and refrigerator over from them over the phone. We were coming off a horrible experience with Lowe's delivery team who managed to screw everything up from delivery to haul away! A contractor named Rick who came out to look at the installation options for our downdraft range recommended Kieffer's. We are so happy he did. The fridge was delivered this morning by Jason and Keith, the "A" team. They were awesome! Respectful of our home, customer service oriented and just plain friendly guys. Our range is on back order, understandably due to COVID but we look forward to seeing the "A Team" when its time to deliver!

Friendly salesman, but that ends after the sale. No support on truly poor quality appliance that didn't work from day one. Incompetent installation on a second appliance, had to hire my own man after months of waiting. Wouldn't buy a light bulb from them.
Follow up in June
We have reached an accommodation after working closely with sales manager to find an acceptable replacement. And their delivery people are a different and better trained group. The fact that they showed concern speaks volumes. Their selection of products is very good

Very Poor customer service. I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator from them in March of 2018. I paid close to $3,000 and the product stopped working at 1 year. When I called Kieffer's they didn't want to have anything to do with the issue and pointed me to the manufacturer. I had to have the refrigerator repaired 7 times in 2 years. This qualified me for a replacement refrigerator which would take up to 12 weeks to get. That means that I would not have a working fridge for 3 months. Kieffers would not supply me with a loaner refrigerator and wanted me to buy a dorm fridge to hold me until the new one comes in. I called another supplier who agreed to give me a loaner. I will be remodling my kitchen in the Fall. I guess we know where I will NOT be buying my appliances.

Requested new refrigerator, but would only agree to fix door that falls off so it doesn't injure us, again. New doors and piece to fix falling off problem are back ordered. I wouldn't buy from them again.

We were planning on purchasing all of our appliances through Keiffer's for our new home which was under construction. Their prices were great . Customer service was not . The kitchen package we based our kitchen design on had an 800$ rebate on it. It needed to be purchased by 7/15/17 to qualify. My builder and I made several attempts prior to that date to contact the salesman who I was working with. No response. Growing annoyed at the situation I reached out to another appliance dealer ( no big box store either) . They were not the lowest when I initially priced the appliances out . I explained the situation and they got back to me the next day and beat Keiffer's pricing and gave me another 400$ rebate through their buying group. My wife and I went to them the following evening and purchased everything out right, including a washer and dryer and a full install package. 9 major appliances. The salesman at Keiffer's eventually got back to us. Two days before the rebate qualifying date and almost two months after the last attempt to reach out to him. I don't know about anyone else but I don't like being ignored and I'm not going to chase someone around to try spend my money . It seemed I couldn't give it away with Keiffer's ! There are plenty of other appliance dealers out there that are hungry and willing to deal. I suggest checking them out before Keiffer's. All it would have taken was a simple resonse . They were obviously too busy or just didn't care.
Yeah well ! They lost the sale and most certainly any of our future business. Not to mention any of our builders future referrals.

My grandfather always used kieffers when he built our home in the 40s. It was a no brainer when 70 years later we needed to rebuild that we would trust kieffers and I m glad I did. The servicemen are knowledgeable and I think quite proud they work for kieffers. I am a proud 3rd generation supporter.

We purchased all of our appliances at the recommendation of Evans Builders for our newly built home in 2017 including a built in fridge, built in freezer, double oven, wine fridge, 2 dishwashers, stove and microwave drawer. All top of the line Frigidaire stainless steel.
Kristin was our sales person. We did most of our purchase with the help of the realtor. Kristin was rude at times but still used her for the purchase. She can be very abrupt in her communication. Currently, 2 of our appliances are showing error codes. I emailed Kristin and she, without any compassion, responded to call a repair person because they are out of warranty. I requested a call from the manager, Conal. He did return our call and asked what model # etc. He looked into it and emailed us back and recommended we call a repair person because they are out of warranty. I would have expected, at best, for them to at least send a person from their store to diagnose what the issues are. 2 appliances showing error codes in less than 2 years is not normal. We lived in our former home for over 10 years without any problems with any appliances.

We worked with Dustin two years ago on all of our kitchen appliances. Dustin was great at helping us decide which appliances to order and worked closely with our contractor to make sure that everything would fit. Recently, our microwave drawer started making a noise and smoking from an electrical fire. Dustin contacted Sharp for us and they are replacing the microwave. I definitely plan to use Dustin again!

Our experience with Keiffers' was excellent. We were in a hurry to find a dryer and have it delivered ASAP. We waited at Lowes for 45 minutes to get some help and while waiting I decided to call Keiffer's. Keiffer's came thru with the dryer we were looking for and a quick delivery the next day. As it turned out when our dryer was delivered, the driver discovered that our old dryer was not broken it was the circuit in the breaker box that was faulty. The driver took the new dryer back without question and there was no charge. I simply replaced the circuit ($14) and the old dryer works fine. I really appreciate independent appliance stores and the extra care they take making sure the customer is satisfied. I will buy all of my future appliance at Keiffers, good prices; great service.

I bought over $10,000 in new appliances. Sales was ok but delivery was a joke. They did not seem to care after the order was placed. Never received a call that three of the four items could not be delivered as promised. Came with one and had a ton of excuses. Had to buy the stove from somewhere else because they could not guarantee any delivery date on that. What I should wait over a month on a order? Have a fridge coming in 5 days two of those days a weekend, and can not tell me if they can deliver the item as promised. It was order over three weeks ago. If you have 6 months to wait for your appliances and enjoy the bs go ahead and order from them.

I recently renovated my kitchen and purchased all of my new appliances from Kieffer's Appliances. The sales person I dealt with, Agata Widuch, was wonderful to deal with. The appliances were delivered and then installed approximately a week later. I immediately noticed the refrigerator was not very good at all. It moved, it was loud, it had a dent in it, the bottom panel seemed off and the doors opened into my new cabinets. The contractors working on my kitchen added pieces of wood under the back wheels to keep it from moving. When I heard the very loud noises, I pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and noticed the wood pieces. I asked about it and we investigated with GE that apparently this is how they make side-by-side refrigerators -- the wheels do not lock. I called the appliance store and my sales representative is now on maternity leave. I spoke with John Kieffer who said he would come out and take a look. He came one morning and told me that added the wood to the back wheels was the only thing he could do. He would order me a new door for my dent through GE, but basically I was out of luck on all of the other complaints because the items was used and they do not return or exchange refrigerators. He told me he would follow up once the door was shipped to have someone come out and install the new door. The door was shipped to my house and I received no call. It has now been sitting in my garage for two weeks now. I called on Monday, April 25th and left a message and have not received a call back. I told the representative, Chris, on the line that I was still very unhappy with the product and that I would really like to exchange it. The product is even louder with the piece of wood under the wheels and I can't imagine why this would be. He told me he would have John call me, but no response. I spent over $8000 at their store and I am asking to have better customer service regarding one appliance and it has been lousey. John basically told me I was out of luck on my refrigerator. I find this to be completely unacceptable and do not want any other consumer to have to go through this.
