Nice, albite hotel, albite outdated design of mid 70s, twentieth century.
Rooms are OK, clean, not fancy.
SPA center is very good.
Price is acceptable.

Friendly and professional staff, good breakfast selection. Beds good enough. Gym rather small but indoor pool as an upside. Gym / spa-area opens relatively late (6.30), so no early morning swim / sport. Heavily (!) and unfortunately unpleasantly scented floors - this should be changed immediately. Good room infrastructure for business traveller.

Fantastic service and rooms. The breakfast is a little pricey, so we didn't try it, but the cuisine generally in Luxembourg is delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying the high old city and UNESCO casements site. We walked and walked.

Great hotel and location. But if you need to iron something, bring your own iron. They don't stock these in rooms and they don't have any when asked. But they'll iron for you for a fee!

Beautiful rooms, good service, great location near the city center. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service by the bar with a live piano player. It had nothing missing. (I have a tough trigger when it comes to handing out 5-star ratings). I'd give it 4.5 stars of I could give that rating.

Best hotel in Luxembourg, the service is amazing so is the food.

Exceptional service and a great location in the city center which makes walking easy. The large rooms are updated and mostly electronic, which can be a little confusing at first, and very clean. I can t say enough about how gracious and helpful the staff was. Wonderful hotel.

Hotel facilities are good. We used the hotel restaurant for dining, lunch and breakfast. Must say service level is perfect, the restaurant staff. Is very professional, friendly and fast.

Quality of the food is good, outside terrazzo is also very good. Breakfast big choice and good quality.

Location: hotel is located near all the Luxemburg must see. Can walk to the different places.

Good for receptions and seminars. Always well organized.

Tried room service- food was delightful and delectable. Short walk to all city center and old town attractions. Relaxing pool and sauna after a day of sightseeing. Morning breakfast was also delicious. Decent size room. However, similar to other European hotels, has a very hard bed.

Gorgeous hotel, nice new modern rooms, and very friendly helpful staff. Located right on the edge of the walking district with a parking garage for guests. Large patio are for happy hour and enjoying a drink outside. Awesome pool, sauna, and fitness area. Fair warning food and beverages in the hotel are extremely pricey.

Nice, but don't have kettles in the room. How does one make a cup of tea unless you go to the bother of requesting one. British guests will really expect tea making facilities as standard.

Very nice hotel. Nice walking routes around. Helpful and polite staff. The food is a good quality. I was surprised to find a menu of available pillows to sleep. This is something unusual and really exclusive. Visiting Spa area was a relaxing experience.
Everything was great but, in my opinion, the management should think about renovation of the rooms and showers. Our shower cabin had a constant sewage smell.

Modern, friendly and fresh in a very smart location close to Luxembourg old town but also the financial district. Beautiful rooms with modern equipment and nice restaurants onsite.

Free valet parking was very convenient and fast, the breakfast was great. The rooms were wonderful and well insulated, the bed was comfortable.

The only downside was the SPA which was a bit too simple - it didn't have a jacuzzi only a rather small indoor pool, steam bath and sauna. Massage offered on site was ridiculously overpriced.

What more to say than PERFECT!
We love this place, as I told Concierge Simon in this hotel we are "like home" impeccable Hermes soap service in the rooms we have, valet parking, very fast room service! Exceptional request carried out with success! Excellent room and fruit basket!

Clean, spacious "feel-good rooms, attentive, very friendly staff.

On our arrival they went to pick us up at the airport with a shuttle service and, very kindly, they took us to the hotel, which has a very good situation, next to a shopping area, also next to a park and quite close to Place d'Armes . The receptionist treated us very kindly and confirmed that we had assigned a room that complied with what was requested when making the reservation.

Superb buffet breakfast, with a great variety of products.

On the day of departure we used the shuttle service again, this time to the railway station, where they also took us with a lot of kindness, as well as the rest of the hotel staff who attended us during our stay.

A hotel that I would like to return to next stay in Luxembourg.

We've stayed in the Privilege Room. Had an absolute lovely time. Beautiful spacious room with a large balcony. The staff is very nice, room service was great too. Would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We stayed 2 nights on a personal basis. The welcome was warm and professional, the check-in was quick and we were able to get settled quickly.
The (standard) room is spacious and welcoming. The bedding is firm but comfortable. A pillow menu is available if those in place are not suitable. The bathroom is also spacious and pleasant, although it lacks enough to hang clothes or towels. The cleanliness is impeccable. On the other hand, the view is uninteresting.
The buffet breakfast is sumptuous with fresh products. Everyone will find their happiness in salty or sweet. 2 restaurants are available and of very good standards.
The staff are very professional and take care of your well-being without it being overwhelming.
Ideally placed for visiting the old town, and less than 10 minutes from the central station everything is easily accessible. There is also a parking lot under the hotel. In short, an excellent stay in a very pleasant place.

Very great hotel in the city center. The airport shuttle can be booked free of charge at the concierge. We arrived at 11:00 AM, the room was ready for occupancy. The rooms are modern and newly renovated. Also very spacious and nicely furnished.
All the staff is very friendly! We also received a free late check-out until 1:00 PM on departure

Near to Luxemburg downtown, tasty food but little too expensive

Hotel very well located on the edge of the old town, 5 minutes from the underground parking Schuman which is free on weekends, beautiful lobby! Friendly and attentive staff hotel in the heart of the city.

Excellent night formula spa meal breakfast, dinner in the room was perfect from A to Z. Bravo

I went by bus but the hotel Royal I would like to book as a tourist. The hotel is located on the Boulevard Royal in the capital of Luxembourg. Highly recommended by hearsay.
