Great hotel, a profuse breakfast to start the day, the staff was more than welcoming. The hotel is quite close to the Emirates Palace, so if you want to take the big bus tour or whatever, the access is easy. It was a pleasure to stay there

The facilities and services are really good. Equipment provided at the kitchen for long term living apartments is poor, and I have not too much drawers for my stuff.

Beautiful hotel, service is excellent and the staff are friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and of good size. Breakfast was excellent, many varieties and really tasty. Enjoyed their pool and the spa facilities especially the steam room. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend.

Very clean and organized hotel, amazing pool and Beach

Very filthy Beach and pool when I go to beach the float has sharp from ocean and never cleaned thing and seaweed which make me bleed and they don't check for animals because when I go sand digging I get stabbed by crab and tell lifeguard and he not find the crab for safety of others

Only down side is the high prices everywhere

Just Celebrated my birthday here yesterday and really enjoyed choosing this hotel. The luxurious room is clean , big and fantastic view from my room (Premium Room) the bathroom was nice i like it . The staff from the reception really friendly and greeted me after checking my ID upon my check in. And checking in was fast . Interior was elegant , the pool and beach are strictly supervised to avoid crowded for new normal . Staff from hotel will give you face mask if you don t wear a face mask if you coming from the pool or beach that s nice . Will come back soon InshAllah.

The location is absolutely perfect. In the evening you can catch the sunset from one of the restaurants. Note: they do not serve alcohol. They are in the shadow of the Etihad Towers and adjacent to the Palace, so very convenient. My only complaint is the parking. Very little parking and currently valet service is not available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It is an awesome hotel except the toilet. Toilet was no shower set and I don't like bidet.

Spectacular installations, swimming pool is big and kids are completely safe with personnel attention. Comfort is the word that better describe this elegant and practice hotel!

Poor food, rude and unprofessional front desk, horrible room with wallpapers in poor shape - they will upgrade if you cut short your stay even though no rooms maybe supposedly available 5 minutes before that...

Currently in quarantine and it s a nice hotel with nice staff. However I have had problems with their room service (which I m quite dependant on as I cannot leave my room) they have yet to get a single order right in five days other than pizza. Which was so under cooked I had to throw it away because it just tastes like raw dough. They seem to just throw together breakfast and put what ever they want in regardless of what was ordered. I have ordered the same thing every day for breakfast and it hasn t been even close to the same twice. I would recommend going else where if you have to quarantine or to order food and completely bypass the kitchen.

Update: director of food and beverage got in contact after I posted the review and was very pleasant and said he was going to look into it. The next meal was fine then I tried to order a pizza. The third time I have done so. It was undercooked to the point I just threw it away. Also I don t want to seem like a Karen I paid for all this food and never asked for a refund of any kind. All I want is some edible food.

Though the hotel rooms were upto the 5* level but they had almost no Pure vegetarian options for breakfast, really sad, since we had good Indian and vegetarian crowd around here

Nice hotel & rooms. Breakfast was very good but there are always many people. At the pool you can catch a free towel and a beach umbrella and there is always a free place at the pool. I also have to say, that this is a non-acoholic hotel so you have to go outside in a bar.

I apologize for this response, but I had an accident in the parking . I told the reception. They showed little interest, so I left the hotel three hours after I entered.

Beautiful, clean and luxurious place to stay. The staff were kind and accomodating and my children loved the property. The pool and beach access was amazing and they took all precautions needed during the pandemic- COVID 19.

Loved this HOTEL, the location is ultimate near to Presidential palace and emirate palace. Hotel's swimming pool is ultimate to spend time. Food is mouth watering and must try.

I stayed at Khalidiya Palace for 2 nights and I liked it very much. It's a beautiful 5* beach hotel. It's very luxurious and beautiful decorated.
the rooms are spacious and confortable and the bathrooms as well.
The food is very good and diverse.
I recommend this hotel.

It's great place to stay specially for the kids. I definitely il come back here again with my son, I'm sure his going to enjoy it! Spacious room, good view of the Presidential palace and the beach...

Great service, friendly staff, clean and well-kept premises. Breakfast buffet is now served by staff, which is great for reducing waste of food, and it is much smaller than what it used to be. I understand the need to minimize due to COVID19 restrictions, but it is kind of weird that the breakfast buffet at a five-star hotel has no tomatoes and only three types of cheese (all semi-hard, processed).
On the other hand, the pool/beach area was as beautiful as ever and very well managed. Overall, staff does an outstanding job in terms of adapting to the "new rules" that we all have to live with for a while.

Just returned from 1 week stay at this hotel, location is fantastic, staff are professional and attentive. Our issue was the quality of food, which we found disappointing. Pool area fab...but found the beach a bit scary...so much so, I didn't allow my son to go in the sea...the sand didn't feel real almost like quick sand...and the grading of the sand in the sea needs attention, it goes from shallow and then there is a massive drop to deep so many other guests warned us about it....the sand is not supportive at all its gloppy and sloppy, never come across sand like it in all my travels..more like liquid cement..be careful. Hotel is kept immaculate, very clean. Could be an amazing hotel but needs food/ menu and quality of food to be improved and they need to do more for the kids

Very pleasant, professional staff. Facility well maintained, comfortable vibe & A+ breakfast buffet. Seemed very popular with Europeans seeking break from colder climate.

Good hotel but average service. We arrived earlier than the check in time so had to wait but complementary drinks were provided. 1 room was completed and we could enter at the check-in time but the other took a further 2 hours to become ready! Additionally, it took an extra 40 minutes for our luggage to be brought up.

However, those are where the issues end. Everything else was great including the cleanliness of the room and the views out of it. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food but there is always a long line for the omelette as there is only 1 person making them.

The staff at the entrance are the best! They are very friendly and extremely helpful.

We stayed at the Khalidiya Palace hotel for five days. It was an excellent staycation after more than four months of isolation. Finally, we could spend some time outdoors. At the reception and the Horizon restaurant always helpful and kind staff. We had a beautiful, spacious family room with a balcony. The food was ok. Breakfast was the same for all five days, but we didn't have high expectations. The beach is ok but in the afternoon a little bit noisy because of the number of jetskies passing by. The pool is in the shade of the palms so that you can spend most of the day on the pool. The safeguards by the pool and the beach are doing a great job. The sunbeds are sanitized all the times. The only suggestion we have is that the beach and pool area could be cleaned better. Garbage under the sunbeds, on grass, and paths is not a beautiful picture.

Very nice hotel, it's suitable for families with children. There is swimming pool / kids pool, direct access to its own beach. Clean rooms and good food in the restaurant. Free WiFi and free undergraund parking.

All the facilities are available like swimming pool, gym, beach, restaurant, parking, water sports, etc.

Clean rooms and pools.Good food.But was crowded.Check in was slow.I saw few people with normal clothes in the pool not swimming suits.

Just speechless!!i can go every weekend and i will never get bored from any thing there.. the best pool in budhabi..the best staff..the buffet is always satisfying any time u go..there is a beach with really good life guards.. try to approach Jolie or Glen they are the best !!

The gym is ok the weight is old and unorganized or attended mostly empty from 7pm-9pm
For powerlifting, the weight is a mix of unknown brands that does not feel right and you have to search for a pair of weights from the same brand

Just need organising

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights , very nice and clean rooms. Fantastic beach and pool. But seeing lots of people not wearing proper swimming clothes in the pool and no checking on the entry to pool by the staff. Lots of outsiders enter by giving any room number without showing ID s on entry or asked by staff for ID s. Beside that the pool staff refused to enter a snack for my 3 years old baby

Came to have lunch and did not regret my decision for a single second, instead level of staff proficiency, food variety, lovely view and possibility to enjoy shisha at noon time made my day!

Special thanks to Mustapha, who took a complete care of myself during the visit and because of him, I tried, undoubtedly, the most delicious Kunafa ever! Fresh, crispy and already cut into 4 pieces for an easy consumption.

One of the best places to have lunch in Abu Dhabi.

Nobody knows its a quarantine facility for PUI and PUM. I was surprised when a staff told me about it. Also we learned it is a housing for medical staff attending covid patients . And their footwear were outside door. And they're using same hotel facilities with the guests like elevator/lift . Really its not a protocol to prevent covid infections.

The place is amazing, its overlooking the beach, pool, emirates palace and alot more...

Visited the place few times, its rated 5 star's however the same only due to beach front access which really not great and less than avarge compared to public beach in cornich. Got disappointed many times during visits but unfortunately visits repeated because they have the best view on presidential palace and sea view is good as well. All rooms with balcony mostly will have dirty floor, i belive no pulmer working in hotel since always blockage some where in bathrooms and you must be patiant call to fix the issue aside from rusty equipments in bathroom. Room always booked for 2 guests however always equipped for 1 ( towels, slippers, bath rops ). House keeping is other nightmare in terms of wating only. Air-conditioning ducs mostly cleand but not always and last parking story. Everytime at night will tell you that parking are full please park outside in a sandy area near main road and today I discover that they have many empty parking slots ( over 25 ) at 02.00 a.m. morning after night duty manager himself telling me that those parking disgnated for guest who stay with them over 10 year which make no sense so I went down again and took video and picture just for the review he is asking me to park on the side just to solve the issue.

Came here with family. Had a great time. Rooms were very clean and staff was very accommodating. The pool was not overly crowded and change rooms were also kept neat and tidy. Food at the hotel was average but tasty.

Went there twice for the pool and the gym, it was so clean, well maintained and organized

Relax and wake up to the beautiful view of the sea on one side and the breathtaking Presedential palace on the other side. Service was great. Theme based cuisines are good but can include more variety . Swimming pool is included with a beach access. Abra can be rented to go around the landmark tour through The Atlantis ,Burj Al Arab etc.

And was so crowded we spending more than 15 min only to enter the restaurant to find a table for 4
And very long lines for each type you want to bring

The fire alarm is working in my room on and off all the day in till 2 am morning , when i called room service to come and fix it finally ,
They said its from the high humidity !!!!!

Amazing resort, with huge multi pools and beautiful restaurants.
Located just in front of presidential palace and Emirates luxury hotel, has an incredible inside hall showing the 21 stores tower, visible also from two panoramic elevators!
Ethiad towers are 5' walking distance, and marina mall is just 2 kms far away.

My favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi. Alcohol free. Family friend. Good place for kids to play in and outside. Big swimming pool. They have just everything what you need. Great staff as well.

Nice clean helpful staff and very good location. Always ask for room with balcony and make sure it is between1to 15 floor there is three elevators for these floors.

I stayed 8 nights here. I wanted to experience myself as I may need it for my clients when in Abu Dhabi. I loved the place. Let's start with the positive note. Pool, Hotel and beach side are truly great and absolutely great for your stay. Even the changing room in the pool toilet was a great touch with Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna and all sort of lockers, showers etc. Just available with all pool entrance. Breakfast is great and extremely wide in terms of choice and availability of items. A great touch is done by the little kids dining room set up for dinner to allow parents to eat and the small ones to play while eating their preferred food. There are just few area for improvement but they need to be fixed to make the final step towards the top hotels in town. Staff needs to be picked with more attention, they need to present and act way more professional. At times I felt they don't like to go the extra mile... Service staff like SUMITH are amazing, but many of the rest are more focused on clearing and finishing duty asap. Lunch and Dinner are definitely not a strong point. Food almost similar all days...didn't find any exceptional food not in mains nor in sweet and desserts. Although Chef is always there to help you suite your needs where possible the quality of food and its variety definitely needs a change and a step up. Pizza are close to terrible... Almost uneatable.. Pasta always overcooked and fish always way to soft and similar all times. Some dessert I found really bad... The cinnamon custard made with left over cinnamon rolls from morning breakfast adding just custard (watery and truly a disgrace) it should definitely not be on the buffet. Finally all doorstaff and desk guys are very supportive and the all complex of the hotel definitely deserves your visit...but keep it Bed and Breakfast and arrange your Lunch and Dinner elsewhere at least until they fix those couple of points ...

Excellent rooms with ocean view. Private beach. Kids friendly swimming pool, two restaurants, spa, sauna, zakuzzi, fitness room, very attentive service, very very clean and enormous attention to details, from the quality of bed sheets to amenities in the room like working desk, big screen TV, locker, shower cubicle and separate bathtub, bidet etc. A phenomenal buffet breakfast. Nice architecture and design of space. Welcoming staff, good cafe in lobby, and free Arabic coffee and dates at reception. Just very warm and welcoming!

This is a beautiful hotel in a very good locality. Our view from the hotel was amazing. Very helpful, friendly staff who made our visit extra special.

Lovely hotel nice and clean. Front of house staff very helpful. Rotan helped us out as our agent hadn't sent through our reservation! However he helped us to communicate back and forth to the uk until the issue was resolved and checked us in at 11am.. large pool with plenty of loungers, directly on it's own stretch of sandy beach and great turquoise waters to swim in. Life guards until sunset however sea bed drops off very sharply just a few metres in so non swimmers and parents with small children beware! Excellent breakfast plenty of choice as would be expected. Good location close to marina mall and corniche beach. Most importantly an extremely comfortable bed! And good views from all rooms.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. All staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Special mention to Glen from Reception, she was extremely helpful by allowing us to check in early. Hotel is spotlessly clean and really gorgeous. Pool is great and the beach is fantastic. Could not fault the hotel at all. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

The beach is good, but small and crowded. They have jet ski and banana boat.
Rooms is clean and people there is friendly.
There is tennis court and gym.

Nice location- right next to the Sheikh's palace. Beautiful pool area. There's a beach if you like to enjoy the sea but the view from the beach is not the best. We stayed at an apartment on 21st floor and it was spacious and with nice view. As negative I can say that we had a problem with the AC that was not really fixed but they gave us a heater which was ok for us (in the evening it was cold and we needed one). In the living area there was some smell coming from the carpet or the sofa and that's not something that you expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. In general it's a good hotel.

another fantastic resort by Rotana. we stayed here for a night as a group of 3 friends. we enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay for 2 additional nights. spacious ocean view rooms and great pool(s) and beach club. the interior design of the hotel is remarkable.

Good hotel and nice view from balcony.i like the balcony visual of emirates palace and presidential palace . Best place to enjoy with family and friends.
