Edit:Service quality increased through out my stay.

Currently in quarantine and it s a nice hotel with nice staff. However I have had problems with their room service (which I m quite dependant on as I cannot leave my room) they have yet to get a single order right in five days other than pizza. Which was so under cooked I had to throw it away because it just tastes like raw dough. They seem to just throw together breakfast and put what ever they want in regardless of what was ordered. I have ordered the same thing every day for breakfast and it hasn t been even close to the same twice. I would recommend going else where if you have to quarantine or to order food and completely bypass the kitchen.

Update: director of food and beverage got in contact after I posted the review and was very pleasant and said he was going to look into it. The next meal was fine then I tried to order a pizza. The third time I have done so. It was undercooked to the point I just threw it away. Also I don t want to seem like a Karen I paid for all this food and never asked for a refund of any kind. All I want is some edible food.
