There is no system to follow or respect people time may be you will spend 20 minutes to reach same destination or 2 hours, not following rules way in stop or move, no available complain hot line.it is really wrong to use this bus for long destinations.
I took 66x pass and it s not coming everyday night after 10 20 pm city bus always coming after 10 20

Yester day i stop 3 bus kgl i have 5 kd every one no change and what i do he told me take another bus question for the company why u not give change for your drivers so he not make proplem with the passenger another proplem also todayi stop the bus he not stop he stop only when the passenger inside and want to go down i run to fallow him he close the door in my hand this driver i will share the ticket
Mostly drive very bad ..you know why because if one city bus standing a stop the kgl bus overtake tha city bus without pickup any passenger..we are waiting for kgl why because we have bus pass I don't know why I chose kgl bus pass. Really it's very bad
