Great place and staff is easy going! My company had our team retreat out here and loved it. We were well attended to and they had everything we needed!

I was very impressed with this location. If you need an off-site meeting area that can also provide lunch brought in, this is the place. Hopefully they will get one closer to downtown Nashville one day.

Great place for working for the week! Steve and the rest of the staff were so attentive and willing to meet our needs as an organization. HIGHLY recommended especially since breakfast and lunch were provided daily. Very necessary in the Cool Springs area where getting lunch can be a logistical nightmare!

I've been here as an attendee for a workshop. It is a very good place, cleaned and organized.

My community HOA held our annual meeting here. Very nice facilities for about 100 easy. We were about 50. The room had swivel rolling chairs and tables, 5 huge presentation screens on every wall so you could see no matter the direction you were sitting at your table, two podiums in the big conference room and the room can be divided in half by expandable wall. Even had a bar/kitchenette with nice white mugs for coffee, tea, water! Seemed to be able to serve food but we were not eating. Highly recommended you check them out. They are tucked away behind the McAlisters in the strip mall on Aspen grove drive.

What a gem, and a great place to hold any type of business planning session or conference. I ve attended at least a dozen or more events here and the people & service are just outstanding. Facilities are top notch with all the technology you could ever want. Don t drive to Nashville, or if you cater to the Cool Spring businesses this is the place to hold your event.

One of the best venues in the Nashville area. Easy access, very clean, spacious, well lit, open bright and beautiful decor. And super comfy chairs and tables! Excellent meeting place!!!!!
