poor service poor quality of food 1 star is even to high

They didn't give us our drinks, we had to ask for them. And then we noticed we only had 2 of 4 servings of chips the the bag so the staff member said someone must have removed the chips from our bag! We continued checking and potato and gravy and all the sipping sauces we ordered were also missing.
Food was fine in the end, but it's pretty poor half of our order was missing

Worst service I have ever received from a KFC store. It took over 15 minutes in the drive through, not apologizes from staff and allthough they got my order correct, it was not fresh nor did they salt the fries...

Staff didn't inform us that there is only one size of gravy when we clearly ordered a large. Also young pratons in store were making a mess of floor. Require Security on weekends

Food is 9 times out of 10 always terrible, chicken is always greesy, chips never have salt and majority of the time are always soggy and a lot of the time they always forget something that I order which sucks because not only are you paying for a meal that is terrible but you are paying for food you don t receive. My advice to anyone is if you do decide to get kfc in Shepparton try the one at riverside plaza, it isn t as bad as this one.

I love KFC... It's hit and miss with this restaurant... don't go if you don't like waiting... slow

Very dirty and when me and my wife were there having a terrible meal there were 4 young teenagers making a lot of noise and throwing food and drinks around and no staff not one said or did anything at all we as well as a few other customers just got up and left, never again will we go there and since then we haven't been to a kfc.

The burger had slime for lettus and a frizzed up piece of something they call chicken.

Forgot so many items, food and drink. My friends twister sauce was so liquidy and quality of the chips was poor

Slow AF service for 1 small meal, tables left unattended therefore full of rubbish and filthy, toilets were rank and no serviettes were given, so when we tried to ask for some, multiple staff pointedly looked away, unoccupied and refused to tend to their customers.
This was our first and last visit.

Not a trace of potato in my potato gravy. Disgraceful. But at least the prepackaged coleslaw didn't disappoint.

Most times they get the order right and do a good job of the chicken too

Very new modern store, however toilets were very filthy.

Old dry chicken and dry fillet in my burger WONT BE BACK

Just got given the wrong order..and what i did receive was under cooked and dripping in grease..have been trying to call the store for twenty minutes to complain but cant get thru.

The secret is out!! Never had better chook love the side dish the hand towels come in handy. You know what I'm talking about. Cheers Greg.

We weren't the only ones to find the service very long. Counter was discussing dirty. We were treated like pigs getting fed in troughs. Staff walking around talking doing nothing. Our first and last time to visit KFC shepparton. Drive through quicker. Tables were also covered in rubbish. Not inviting to customers at all. Staff also need more customer service training. Need to speak to customers properly

Grabbing KFC for an early dinner is a rare thing in our house and after today's feed it will probably be rarer the chicken was overcooked and dry I think it must have been sitting for too long ! Disappointed

Considering restaurant has just had a reno the store is filthy, service is poor, staff rude, manager on duty needs to be sacked for the state of the place, not 1 clean table, rubbish all over the counter, staff throwing popcorn chicken at each other, food was thrown at me, didnt end up eating it after seeing the state of the place, hate to imagine what kitchen
area looks like. OH&S needs to close it down. Manager could not care less when i asked for a table to be cleaned then another staff member was rude and degrading infront of other customers. I'll never eat here again.

Worst KFC I have ever tasted. Zinger fillets smelt and tasted burnt. Maybe change your oil.

The staff are great, chicken was well cooked and still hot.

Was passing thru Shepparton and stopped over to grab dinner Friday. Reeeally slooooow service, staff seemed lazy & didn't care grouping at the back during a busy service. A few guys & a girl huddling at the back. There were 7 cars in drive thru. Went to have dinner and they forgot to give us our coleslaw. So annoying. They also forgot to give us cutlery packs after I asked them. It's Takeaway Drive Thru. It should be standard to chuck in the bag a few cutlery packs. If I could give zero or no stars I would. Just bad customer service and management looks bad too, otherwise the workers would be good.

Will never go back their it was the worst meal I have had it was full of oil that the bag ripped open from it and had to wait 17 mins to get it

Fast drive through but missing dipping sauces. Walked in, stood for a minute or 2 on my own, no one in front of me. Staff member looked at me then looked away. Finally asked if she could help. Told her I m missing 2 dipping sauces, no apology just handed me the sauce and turned away again.
Got home to eat and the chips are almost raw! Raw chips! Come on guys, surely cooking the chips properly is about the easiest thing to get right.

I never thought I would write a review for KFC, but let's face it, this store is way below average and needs to be called out for it. My order was pushed down the length of the counter as if I was ordering a beer in a wild west saloon. Seriously, how hard is it to walk three metres closer to me to hand me the bag? Finding a clean table was impossible, as if the staff haven't cleaned in a week. I'll try the other KFC next time I'm in town.

Sitting out side in eating area when i see a fat kid fall off his bike hit the window on the corner, drop his frozen coke, smash his head on the window, drive his knee into the ledge and eat the curb. 10/10 would come here again just to be reminded of what i just witnessed.

Service time was reasonable and the chicken was moist without being undercooked.

Dirty dinning. Food could be fresher, tasted like been sitting there for almost 10 minutes.

Thought I would treat my family so I the way home stopped in and brought KFC for tea a mistake I will not make again

I ordered a giant feasts and a large popcorn chicken I drove home only to find out that the large popcorn chicken was not in there.

So back to Shepparton I went to get my order leaving my family to start with out me by the time I got back I find out that I have a huge fat stain in my seats cause the chicken was so oily it had gone through the box and there was also no coleslaw

By this time I have given up I had cold greasy tea alone as everyone had finished there tea

Dirty tables and floors with left over food and food wrappers on tables, seats and floors.
Absolutely filthy for a fast food outlet in a regional city, just what are the standards behind the counter.
A member of Staff that had either finished their shift or on a break were sitting in a booth eating their fruit which could been used by one of the families that didnt stay.

It was a great drive through experience today as the girl taking orders was clear and well spoken with a friendly and professional manner, her name was Brittany, KFC needs more like her!!
This young lady is an asset to the company.

Service can be slow at times and chicken isn't as good as other KFC's. Can be long wait at the drive thru and sometimes they do forget things in your orders

Trash bin full and over flowing food scraps on the floor tables dirty rubbish in light fixtures male urinal blocked and smelly.

Just your average KFC place. Nothing flash about it. The furniture was a bit dated.

Store is dirty. Feel sorry for young staff with no obvious leadership. Orders frequently mixed up.

Arrived 12.15pm . Had to wait 10mins for original chicken and it arrived oily. Not their finest hour. Have had better.

Started with long wait ... mixed up order than what ticket was, then item missing ... to eat in the absolutely filth condition of the store. The club lounge area food scraps and filth all over the vinyl seating. Obviously poor time management of the only Junior staff i seen . All to end up with gastro today ... Never again KFC

Food was ok. Cleanliness was appalling. Tables and floors had caked on food and dirt and looked like it hadnt been mopped or wiped in days. Pick up your game

I still could not get used to eat the chicken without ketchup. Just an Asian thing I guess.

Better off to grab your food and eat in the park or at the lake. Food has always been very tasty and well cooked.

Late visit minutes before closing. Very helpfull server at the till. Order was not what was in the receipt. Took a while to get ot sorted. Place needed cleaning.

Dispute asking for cutlery and being told it was in the box, it was not!

Poor service. Ordered online but when I turned up to collect, was told I hadn't paid for it. Showed my paypal payment to cinfirm payment. Ordered the Family feast..2 miserable chicken wings were put in it!!

Good service and quick food makes it the best place to quickly grab a go bucket for an easy feed for the kids.

Almost the complete offer is different. There are a few things that were known to me. But otherwise, so much was different.

Was here a while ago ordered the double tender box but they didn't have any drumsticks really disappointed

Believe it or not last visit no chicken at semi rush hr with a 20 minute wait

Went for KFC for lunch with my ex gf and ate it down at the lake a few months back and what they give me was absoloutly excellent filled me right up good value for money

Long waits and tables not cleaned properly. They could not keep up with the lunch rush as they only had a few people working.

Wanted a quick meal . service was quick. Food a three piece meal was three over cooked greasy legs. Toilets dirty.

I go in and ask for a go bucket and all I get is a half of go bucket
