Wide variety of vibes you can take in here. Happy hour games, roof top hang, putt putt date. Fun tacos of many varieties, each worth a go. Just a great after work or weekend hangout spot.

Definitely a gem in the city. Top thing-THE INDOOR MINI GOLF. What a great date idea. You can eat downstairs, drink, play some games...then go golf. Mushroom tacos go hard. Brunch on the weekends arent bad. Shots are about 8 dollars when its not HH, not the worst.
Mini gold very affordable, like $9 a person and a ton of fun.
If youre from the city, you know H street parking is a hit or miss but this place is cool. They also have jenga and a few other games.

I enjoyed Washington DC the H Street Club was absolutely wonderful the service was great the bartender was excellent he was a type of gentleman who should have been a comic but he served as well and the food was delicious it was picture perfect you are must go to H Street Country Club that's downtown Washington DC in the old section you will absolutely enjoy yourself please tell them that James Nichols sent you

Kind of a neat place. We went after eating someplace in the area. I don t know if I would go back again. The drinks were decently priced during happy hour. We went because of the indoor 9 hole mini golf. It s what you expect a mini golf course in a bar to look like. It was fun and something different.

Pretty awesome vibe with games (basketball, and even mini golf!). Great spot for a visit when you're in the H Street area. Nothing crazy in terms of drinks or dancing, but a chill place with a cool rooftop.

Not a huge fan of this place. It's a bit dingy upstairs and the games aren't the cleanest. The food is alright, the service takes a while. But if you're looking for a big crowd and lots to get into, this would be the place to go.

Eclectic, D.C.-themed miniature golf - wish it were more than just 9 holes! Tons of fun to drink a beer while you play. There's also a huge roof deck with patio furniture, 2 bars, and a separate smoking area. I've been a couple of times and have never seen the place even close to being full, but it's lively enough and is the only place I know of in D.C. for indoor mini golf.

Very good drink deals and three floors to explore, plus a rooftop with a cool view. They have mini golf and arcade games as well. A great place for happy hour or to go with a group of friends on a Friday/Saturday night. Their tacos and steak nachos are amazing too!

Great place to have pre dinner and libations, should you choose, before an event at the Atlas Theater, next door. They have a full service bar and on tap beers and IPAs. Service is fast friendly and the clientele ageless. Great place to gather your party before exploring the h street corridor. Cheers!

Good food. Drinks were ok.. could have been just a little bit stronger or a little cheaper( one or the other). Had the tacos they were pretty good. Waiter was good but became slow due to larger party.

If you're tired of your standard stuck up, stuffy bar, come to H Street Country Club. It's anything but stuck up. On the first floor, you have a long bar and tables in the front of the restaurant that serves decent Mexican food (Let's be honest, does any place in DC have amazing Mexican food?!). They offer a good happy hour Monday-Friday including $5 margaritas. If you are there with friends and want some food, I recommend the nachos with chicken. It's the largest plate of nachos I've ever seen and my Texan friend even said that which is saying something (Maybe not everything is bigger and better in Texas?). They also have a good beer list on tap including Angry Orchard.

In the back of the first floor, there's arcade games, ski ball, etc. making it a fun, chill place to have a work happy hour. If you hit a lull in the conversation, you can always play shuffleboard (Who doesn't love shuffleboard). If you want an even more intense, DC centric game, head up to the second floor to play indoor mini golf. Each hole is a piece of art depicting some landmark in DC.

H Street Country Club will probably never be known for the best food in DC, but if you want fun and chill, this is your place!

This place is not a great experience on Tuesday at 10pm. Touch tones juke box was broken, bartender extremely slow, lazy as far as prep. I don't expect much from a 5 dollar marg, but at least put a lime in it. The manager came out to address the touch tones issue, but disappeared before knowing if it was actually fixed, but it wasn't. It's broken, imagining has been for some time. Skiball machine was jammed too. And they closed at 10:30?? Weird.

Consider keeping mini golf open later, it will distract from the other bad stuff.

Fun spot! Some of the games are a little rough around the edges and they had run out of some drink options during happy hour when we were there...

But I love the multiple-floor setup and the service was friendly enough!

Food was good for bar quality. Atmosphere was fun but small. Waiter was strange and delivered poor service. He was a white male with an arm tattoo and ponytail, dark hair. Put in our order wrong, was a bit rude despite us being friendly, just seemed bothered by having to do his job. Just the worst attitude. Really wouldn't consider returning.

It's was ok, I would have given it more stars had they not required a tab for the putt putt golf only so they could read my credit card, I started recieving the unathorized charges 4 days later. Thank goodness USAA notified me, shut it down immediately and had me a new card expedited.
I know it was them b/c I don't use my cc in bars, thus the bartender on Saturday January 29th approx 8:00pm working upstairs telling me "it's the only way to play putt putt" even though I offered her to hold onto $50.00 cash, If I wasn't on a date I would've passed. So if you don't want to get your card read/sold to criminals by criminals, I'd advise skipping the golf, it isn't all that anyway.

The bottomless brunch food selection wasn't the greatest but your drink definitely stays filled!! The staff is super friendly and there is plenty to do instead of standing around... Great place to meet up with friends for a midday drink or three!!

I m so sad about this review but i have to leave it because my experience was that bad. I come in with a group of 3 other people. We sat down and waited about 13 mins before anyone came to take the order. The woman told us that she d just be starting us off and our male server would come soon. Long story short we waited forever for food and drinks then when i asked for sour cream it never came. The service was so incredibly terrible i was shocked because i love this bar

The chips and dip appetizer and drinks we ordered were just ok. The service was really lacking. The place is so casual it seems like the waiter was just "hanging out". Our dinner was actually pretty decent. I wish we hadn't ordered the appetizer so we could just have eaten the taco dinner. I'd recommend the steak and fish taco.
