Wery greasy chiken .soggy no crispy skin newer again

Slow, unorganised, stale food. What do you expect when the owners of the franchise don't work it and leave it in the hands of young kids. Shepparton KFC is the worst KFC I have ever. been too!

For KFC quite good was hot, freshly cooked and not greasy. Busy store rest rooms not too flash and could have done with a clean.

When you buy fried chicken, you should count the amount on the spot. Sometimes you will accidentally give it less. The meal is very fast. Except for the meal, other things are OK.

It was disgusting, whole place was dirty and feral, no air conditioning on a 40 degree day and the toilets had poo on the floor and no toilet paper and when they were told , they still didn't replace it. Will never go back there again

Loved the food! cooked well and quick and efficient service out front, definitely would recommend.

Go there abit as central to my travels. Always seems fairly busy. Service i s adequate but def not good. Place always looks unclean.

Have messed up my order countless times. Other than that, the food is still good.

Chips were half full staff kept looking at us and talking amongst themselves potato and gravy had 2 hairs in it so we threw it out laughing and joking instead of serving us we had at least 8-10 drumsticks and 3 normal chicken we waited for so long terrible customer service we went to go out the door terrible food wasted 40 dollars on meal that we couldn't eat. Never going back, what was the manager doing? No sign of the manager.

Slow service. Took nearly 30 mins to get a meal. And also forgot me coleslaw. How can I eat me chicken without coleslaw?
