Always good food not oily chickens not chewy. Great prices.

Large popcorn chicken was half full so went back to request that they fill it . Then had to go back to ask for serviettes etc . Very slow service .

All the managers are extremely friendly and the workers seemed to know what they were doing, i'd definitely like to return

Ordered a tender meal yesterday thru the drive thru - each tender was smaller than my little finger- disgusted that they could even sell this as a meal - unfortunately was already on Highway when I discovered this or elsecwords would have been said - will not be back!

Order food and they kept forgetting the order and items they even forgot my drink

Food quality was below average. Most of our order was very greasey and cold. The atmosphere was poor and noisy. The staff was unfamiliar with the menu

The main reason for this is if I wanted mega amount of salt then may be . I would have liked to eat my order ..so much salt .
Ended up paying to much as 3pieces of Chichicken ended up being a 3 piece meal .
2nd time so I give up and will not be back .

Young staff....need to listen to what the customer is saying, and not put whatever they think they heard was ordered into the bag

Waited for 20 + mins in drive through, got my order wrong when stated what I wanted 3 times

It would be an okay place if the staff could count and get your order right too many times I've been shortened on an order, definitely need better staff training.

Great feed today young ladie was very kind to us bringing our meal to the table

Unfortunately as per usual with Shepparton city the service was very slow and we had to wait nearly 14 minutes to get an original fillet burger.

As per normal when ordering through the app as well as hey forgot our drinks and I had to prompt them.

Terrible in house service no apologie given when they get your order wrong (twice) just throw the order back at you like it was your fault they messed up your order.

Absolutely terrible service! The staff at the front were too busy talking and mucking around with their friends while the ones at the back where too busy walking back and forward looking at us but doing nothing. Even the manager a blond lady just looked and stared at us. Said nothing to her staff to put them on track.

When we did recieve the meals they were cold and stale from sitting on the bench for over 10min.

Maybe its time to start retraining your staff on proper customer service and your managers on how to motivate their staff.

Never eating here again .. food was messy and very oily ... Workers need to smile ...

All tables were dirty and the floors were disgusting I had to take my chicken back because it was cold. They need a manager in there that cares about the state of the shop and customer service.

Alright food and good service but the booths are covered in bones

Store Manager, Brooke, served us with wonderful attitude and experience. Very friendly and engaging. Was very pleasant for a drive-thru experience.
Despite being late, very lovely and responsive with amazing, positive attitude. Will be bac!!

We bought Festive Feast which is 6 pieces, 3 strips and 6 nuggets. This was the worst I have ever had. The box fell to pieces, chicken was greasy and skin fell off and all over the place, the strips were broken. The only good thing was the nuggets and chips.

Went through drivethru, had a boy faking an accent, being a smart alec with a girl speaking over him and they were both giggling and yelling, making it impossible to hear anything and without my finishing the order he told me to drive forward. Disgusted in their behaviour and where is the supervisor. I am a regular customer and have to say this particular store rarely gets order correct, the staff muck about and there does not seem to be any supervision of these children. The owner or Manager needs to have a good look at what goes on in that store. If I had a choice I would not go there ever again.

Orders are mixed up. Poor service is provided by student workers. Need to check your order after pick up to make sure they have put the right items in the box. Drive thru is catastrophe. They got me order wrong for the fourth time in two days and when I complained to the kido at the counter, she just smiled rudely! KFC needs to close down this branch as it is damaging the brand s reputation! I will definitely report my experience to KFC head office.

Staff no good! The manager should watch the staff! We often hang out here every weekend! And they treated us so bad!

20 minute wait in the drive through only to get home to cold chicken and uncooked chips...worst

Inattentive and rude staff, dry and rubbery food. Very poor experience.

Friendly staff and fast service but the food was terrible even by KFC standards. I'm not sure how the staff manage to keep a straight face when they serve this up and call it food.

I had over an hour to catch a train, myself and a buddy went here for a quick feed beforehand.. we waited 40 minutes until we got our food and barely had time to catch the train. The staff seemed unrushed and made no effort to get anyone's food out in a reasonable time. Deplorable service.

Tables have piles of eaten food and booths r covered in chicken, bones and soft drink. Orders take forever and are usually wrong. However the south KFC at Riverside is pretty decent for a feed

KFC Australia, shut down this store! An absolute disgrace. Store is genuinely filthy 24/7. Service horrific. Not worth coming here, they might as well shut the doors. Just a touch further you will find KFC Riverside. I would 100% make the extra effort to go there instead. A foul, foul, foul place. I have emailed the Council to sort this out.

Good place next door to hungry Jack's restaurant too.

Thank god they fired their previous boss ( I think her name is Sonya) and have currently hired a new one! I feel so sorry for the younger kids who work there, as the previous boss ripped some (probably most) of them off and mistreated them (underpaid and not paying some of them for the full hours they worked, denied workers of hours because of her personal grudges against them, guilt trip employees into working by making up stories against them, even persuading a supervisor to work hours for FREE and much much more). Under her management, all sorts of dodginess and terrible work misconduct took place. As for food, well its KFC.

Chicken is really oily and you ask for large chips and only get half a box.

just made a quick stop to use a bathroom and turns out their toilets aren t working, which is fine with COVID-19 still being around. after being told that, we went to order food. the young lady wasn t sure how to put through the order, she then asked someone for help, which again, is perfectly fine, but what was really NOT OKAY was the go bucket we ordered was put up to an employees MOUTH while she spoke! VERY disappointing, there are people who have auto immune issues and something so careless can put someone in hospital. will not be returning :(.

Spent $40 only to have our burgers and chops cold, popcorn chicken wss stale and chips were soggy. Overall, extremely disappointing. Won't be going back for quite awhile :(

Good fast servicce and unlike some KFC's, got exactly what I ordered.

Chicken Tenders way too little for the price. The Staff member did agree & gave a few extra for free!

The restaurant is actually filthy. They have no concept of how to fill a box of chips and their attitude is horrendous. Enjoy cold chips and the wrong burgers. Do not recommend.

Was a fairly average experience. I wouldn't rate it bad, but no where near excellent either. They need some education on customer relations

Your average kfc, no playground but easy enough to stop into on yoyr way to somewhere

Waited in the drive through Windows line for 10 minutes +. Thought it may have been quicker than going inside the store after my last experience there. Apparently not. JUST another KFC store. Average service. Nothing special there are all.

I have said this before dear readers, but were may one go, when the desire for chicken comes upon you. Why KFC in the city, with a modern interior with deep earthy colours, that compliment the blacks. The restaurant has a very modern feel, and look. And of course chicken, chicken lots and lots of yuuuuuuumy, chicken.

Apart from not receiving what was paid for, I thought the food was OK. The only criticism would be, there is no toilet paper in the whole place, and for a food outlet, that is pretty poor.

Over cooked, dry chips without any salt. Worst KFC chips I have ever had. Disappointed.
