Very poor 30 mins to get your food and then 4 wings out of 6 pieces of chicken,nuggets cold dirty no apology for waiting worsed kfc i have been too

Good food and service but the joint was filthy. No need for slippery floor signs, it was very sticky

Food was shocking. They have nothing on KFC Echuca. Their bacon looked like it had been in a tanning booth for 6 weeks

I can't understand how this KFC can get so dirty, I .E. tables not wiped down, food laying on floor, no attempt to clean up, 1 toilet not working in female, food , especially chips were cold, should take a big look at Kialla store, very sad unkempt looking store at Shepparton, last time , I'll be back.

Absolutely amazing food, chicken was cooked just right and the staff out the front knew what they were doing and were very fast with serving my food, id recommend to anybody looking for good take away with quick service.

Nice clean store, staff could learn to be a bit friendlier but overall very good

Constantly messing up orders, show service, unclean toilets. On par with most KFCs

Meets the standards of KFC . Was a bit understaffed which left quite a few tables not cleaned.

This place needs a few up grades & more staff & a good clean. Drive through ordering need fixing or up grading. I wouldn't go back .food was not the best .

Always a long wait in store, even when ordering online.

The chicken was the worst I had ever had. The oil was dripping from the bottom of the box it was so bad.
Staff where lovely.

Tried their wicked wings on 8/6/20, the best way I can describe it from a non-smoker's point of view is it smelt and tasted like a cigarette smoker, even though it didn't look burnt. Am suspecting the oil has been overused and not changed frequently enough!

Eh, it s a bit hit and miss, sometimes it s great... sometimes it s horrible..

20 minutes waiting for food in drive thru.... No apology from staff once I got to either window - just had it slammed in my face once the order was done. Thought you guys were supposed to be a 'fast food' restaurant?

Clean your store. It's filthy. Food not bhed though.

Went to this kfc restaurant the other day and bought a zinger stacker box the food was alright i guess until I got to the chips it was just ridiculous I swear they didn't even put a grain of seasoning on those damned this is would have been better off picking up dirt and eating it is believe it would have tasted better.

Suggest not going here

Is what you would expect from any KFC store.. friendly staff and mostly fast service, the entry to the drive thru can be a bit tricky due to the high traffic around the area and with Hungry Jacks sharing the same car park. Take care exiting as well.

After some, frankly, terrible reviews, I was hesistant to go here. However, my partner and I braved it to see for ourselves. We were suprised at the cleanliness of the resturant after the reviews, luckily it was good for us. The service was decent, with only one small mistake (which, as someone who has worked at KFC can tell you, can only be achieved through the help of an efficient manager). But, when our food arrived (within about 5 minutes), a young male worker was more than happy to fix it up very quickly for us, without complaint. There was only one manager to be seen, who appeared to be doing work with the staff to complete drive through orders. The food quality was decent for a KFC resturant. The chips were reasonably fresh and seasoned. The popcorn chicken and potato and gravy were also fairly good. The zinger burger and some of the new BBQ chicken pieces, my partner claimed to be somewhat dry and bland, aside from the BBQ sauce on the products. Some of the young staff members who had finished/not started yet, were seeing mucking around by closing an entrance door on each other. Overall, it was a fairly pleasant experience.

My meal of a burger combo was ok... soggy chips though.... my mate ordered 5 chicken tenders in a meal and got 5 pieces of cremated chicken that were inedible.... oil soaked and about as tasty as wild pigeon... stupid or deaf.... perhaps knowing full well that there were no chicken tenders left. But took the $21 order anyways..... all up disgraceful..... avoid like a landmine..

Store was filthy rubbish everywhere and yet all the staff members were standing around talking when the store clearly needed to be cleaned.
Asked a staff member for something to be able to wipe down the table I was sitting on and had the staff members sigh very loudly before coming and just wiping my table.
Food was of ok standard but cleanliness of the store was extremely poor.

They get the order wrong almost EVERY time. Today was the worst so i'm actually bothering to rate & review it. Chips were old & had no salt on them, got the wrong wrap & the chicken was fatty & greasy. Totally disappointed & disgusted!!

Not enough Staff on. Very poor Customer service. Very dirty floors not swept and tables were not clean.

The resturant was hot and dirty. 32c outside and about 35c inside. Filthy tables, counters sticky and dirty, didnt use the toilets as thought they would be just as bad if not worse. The glass on the drinks fridge was that dirty you could hardly see the drinks. The floor was scattered with napkins, chips, straws etc. Will not be going back.

Very poor today, meal was slow, when I stopped at local mall to eat, no dipping sauces for tenders, not towel, no spoon for potato and gravy. Other stores i visit, no problem. Very poor.

It's incredibly impossibly amazingly busy at lunch. Slow fast food.

No salt on chips and never get the correct order or wapes for hands

Best KFC in shepparton at the moment and has really come a long way since the change in manager's

Visited here tonight with our 3 yr old grandson & was disgusted with the male toilets as they were absolutly filthy & smelt aweful. Unfortunately he was unable to hold on so had to use them. Our food was super greasy +++ .the dining tables needed to be cleaned as they had oil smears on from other customers The staff were all young & had very little customer service with no napkins & utensils with any of our meals . Sorry to say we may not return for quite some time. Need for more training & housekeeping.

Not as nice as wagga wagga and don't use original KFC chicken salt bit still good

I didn't go there ! I went to hungry Jack's next door.

8.30 PM visit. No other customers in store. A staff member eating out in the dining room ( I guess they have to eat somewhere), whilst tables were left uncleared around her. 7 min wait on order. Felt like they had finished for the night.

Toilets were FILTHY! Service area was dirty. Lack of choice, all I wanted was 3 pieces of chicken no extras, this was just too hard.

Food is well prepared but the service is generally very slow

Warm drinks,staff can't get orders right, quite possible the worst staff training out of all fast food outlets

The staff are busy talking amoungt themselves to notice any customers waiting, but has everything a KFC stocks

The food is great but the exit is terrible people block the exit on the wrong side of the driveway so you can't exit without the fear of driving on the wrong side of the driveway and causing an accident and if you try to drive out on the right side of the driveway safely the staff threaten you with a $500 fine for obstructing the business instead of asking the other drivers to enter the drive thru properly... All while coping abuse at the same time from the other drivers doing the wrong thing.

Mucks up order, doesn't give everything you pay for, some team members are rude, bad quality service

Very good service, fresh and warm food but will usually forget a sauce or extra salt.

They forgot my burger got home then had to drive all the way back

chips were still frozen not cooked how many bad reviews till something is done got chicken fillet burger and no chicken in it whos the manager for this area heads need to roll

Lettuce is old and soggy, chips are half filled, food quality is poor and the staff get your order wrong more often than not.

Nice newish building for the kfc. Good upgrade to what it use to be. Still can get pretty dirty on the inside. Need to focus on the neatness of their site. Thanks, will return.

food was terrible. Chicken wings appeared a couple of days old. Burnt and shrivelled. Approx 50mm across longest surface area. Supposedly recieved a $30 voucher from menulog. Has been impossibe to use and they are impossible to deal with. Further to this, speaking to a "manager" at KFC in wyndham st, she informed me that they had no control over menulog and refused to acknowledge it iwas the terrible quality of food delivered that caused the whole scenario

The absolute worst KFC you will ever go to. EVERY TIME I go here I leave unhappy. The food is always dry, your order is never right, there is just nothing good to say about this store. I swear if they have any employees that are half decent they must ship them out to riverside before they can make a lasting impact on the staff here. Save yourself the disappointment a drive the extra 5 minutes to riverside.

Nobody (staff) smiles, everyone (customers) waits ages, cleanliness = meh

People who served us seemed like they didn't want to be there. Chips served up without salt. Had to ask for salt on chips. For goodness sake they are inedible without salt.

Food was burnt and smelt like plastic. I witnessed 3 people complain and kfc staff reply with indifference.

Same as usual - disgraceful. Had to ask the female for straws and serviettes and pretty much had the food thrown to us through the window, and then got home and opened the meal to find one and a half crispy strips instead of three, and they were barely edible as the crust was so hard.
