Business that performs spam phone calls. We asked them directly to remove them from their call list. The rep on the phone refused, saying she can't, but what she can do is decrease the frequency of our calls. Isn't that illegal?

I asked to speak to her supervisor, she put me on hold and then hung up on me.

Probably not a trustworthy business if they can't even work with integrity and within the law.

EDIT: The only reason they responded was because of this review. I tried to call them back to try to get off the list and was put into a loop. I don't buy your "apologies."
