Having seen specials for 4th of July, we went to Van Nuys for buying a Toyota Camry.

They did not negotiate to a penny less than the Internet price.
We are absolutely fine with that. But the way we were treated by the Sales & Leasing department was so harsh. Their Tone is so arrogant with the customers. When we told him that his tone is not right, the response was 'I am just being frank with you'.

When you compare their prices, it was not any different from other dealers.
The Same day, we went to Miller Honda, the way we were treated was very friendly.
Though a Toyota Fan, would not recommend Keyes Toyota.. especially thier Sales team.

Waiting there are to look at a new car today 710 2019 walked around their parking lot for a good 15 to 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and help me have a gentleman asked if I needed help said Jess told me he would get someone walked around for another 20 minutes still receive no help had to go in and stand in front of the counter in order to get help definitely will not be returning or buying a car from this place they really need to work on their customer service

Excellent dealership. I. Purchased my prius here 8 years ago and I've been bringing it here for routine maintenance ever since. The staff is very friendly and they always do their best to save you money with coupons and promotions. The service is great, explained thoroughly so you feel confident about what you pay for. Facility is very clean and well kept. I will continue to buy my cars here in the future.

I was already satisfied with being able to trade in my vehicle a year ago to get financing through TFS for a 2017 Corolla LE and it was Alvaro Cantillo (financing) who was so helpful and went the extra mile to make it happen.

After good payment history for a year with TFS I knew I wanted to trade in my Corolla LE for a RAV4 which is what I wanted all along but had to start somewhere. I didn't want to wait too long to end up racking up the miles on my Corolla LE and end up having even less equity in my vehicle trading it in so I needed to make the RAV4 a possibility ASAP.

I returned to Keyes Toyota and although the sales reps (Alfred and Moe) were nice and helpful I was not getting a trade in deal after waiting patiently and being persistent for weeks. So, I decided to contact Alvaro Cantillo directly to see if once again he could manage to help me out and when I spoke with him he said "yes, I can make it happen" which are the words I was looking for after trying to make it happen for weeks now. The very next day after speaking with Alvaro I got a call from him that he closed a deal for me and it was one that I wanted and all there was left is for me to go down to Keyes to pick out my RAV4.

I was and am still ecstatic and so grateful to once again have Alvaro and the team at Keyes make it happen for me and for all their hard work both times getting me into a new vehicle I am forever indebted to Keyes Toyota. I say that Keyes Toyota is where the magic happens lol. I'm glad I choose a Toyota vehicle to go with and to continue in.

Great team at Keyes Toyota and great quality in Toyota vehicles. Can't beat that. :) :) :)

Great deal corolla 2 year lease. Love free scheduled service, great lobby while waiting for service done, nice employees... Don't like that deal is if i don't get another car from them i should pay a fee. But i guess that's how i got a great deal.

If I have an option to give a 100 stars I would do that because these guys are awesome. I was there last week to finance my car because it was lease and I wanted to buy it and they did everything so fast without any charges but other dealer ( for ex. hollywood toyota) wanted to charge me $1500 for nothing. if I buy another Toyota I will visit only Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys.

These cars sells men are sharks. Please beware. Of all the dealers I have been to, this is the place where you go if you want to get ripped off! I beg you to stay away and go to another Toyota dealership in the area. The negotiated price becomes blurred with all the slick talk. And when you get to the finance department, pay attention to details on your contract. APR's change magically when the finance department tries to force feed you with extend warranties and gap insurance. Buying a car is an already stressful experience without all the haggling, you want to leave and feel like you have received a fare deal. I understand a car company needs to make money from a deal but not rape your savings. Please be careful if you decide to come to this dealership. But I beg you to stay away.

Felt like I was bothering the salesman and I was pushed towards cars that were exorbitant in comparison to my price range. I'll be honest, it wasn't the biggest factor in my not purchasing a Toyota, but it was up there.

Just walked down to this dealership from the Chevy dealership as my wife s car is getting a service, I m in the market for a new 2020 Tacoma, asked the first sales guy out of the 3 just hanging around at the front door if they had any off the new models in stock and all he could do was just point at the one just outside the front door and say like that one it s 2019 and I said yes but do you have any 2020 in stock, no he said and that was it. Funny because it clearly shows you on the keys Toyota website that they do have a few in stock. Do not waste your time with this place. Not helpful and unfriendly sales staff.

Had a great experience at this dealership! They treat Active Duty military members well!! Louis Franco is a great salesman and an even better man. He was reasonable with us and treated us like family. He was also patient with us and did all the leg work. He explained everything about the car that we needed to know and answered all the questions we had. In the end, we got the car we wanted for a great price. Definitely recommend the Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys. Another person who we had the pleasure of working with was Alvaro. He helped us understand all the different protection plans and made sure to answer any and all our questions. Again, I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

He and the sales manager, Dean Quashen, worked with my budget and helped me get a great deal on a new 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. Great car and I'm looking forward to having it a long while. I went to Keyes for my first time.

I went to Keyes for my first time.
For the past 12 years I have been using Toyota, 3 of them.
I now got intrigued by the Hyunday Yonic and I started studying it.
I then went to Keyes and I met Carl Fisher. He was very competent, and he really made sure I was fully taken care of.
He gave priority to ensure all my questions (and I had a lot of them...) got fully answered and, in about 3 hours, I drove away with my new beautiful Hyunday Yoniq!!!
By the way, today was Easter. Carl could have gone home but he remained to ensure everything was taken care!
This is really commendable and he won me over from Toyota!
Thanks Carl and I hope you can have Easter tomorrow with your family!

My car service was three months late due to COVID-...

My car service was three months late due to COVID-19. I really wanted it serviced but, as someone who had, other than necessary trips to the store, responsibly sheltered at home, was VERY concerned about spending an hour or so at the Toyota dealership while my car was serviced. I wore two layers of face masks (one with two charcoal filters inserted into the mask) and latex gloves. I also brought my own can of Lysol spray to spray inside the car when it was returned to me. I had decided I d sit outside on the curb if I had to - wasn t at all comfortable sitting in the customer waiting room (although I ve always loved the amenities there). Yes, I was a touch paranoid. But surprise! Van Nuys Keyes Toyota had an outside patio set up with social distancing guidelines and the few other customers who were there, strictly adhered to them. No one at any time was any closer to me than probably 10 feet. When my car was brought up, the gentleman got out of it and brought out this disinfecting device and sprayed the inside of my car, so I didn t need my can of Lysol. I felt a whole lot better about the experience, and was really happy my car had been tended to. Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend servicing your Toyota at Keyes Toyota Van Nuys.

Took my 2016 Prius in for a tire rotation on 2/19/20 at a special once every 4 years price of $2.29. They also reattached two plastic covers that go on the bottom of the car at no charge and gave s courtesy car wash.

Great place especially if your a first time buyer Palash great sales man and person, took time to explain in detail every question we ask him. At no time we felt pressure in buying a car,did not get any wrong gestures ,or aggressive in making a sale. A ok kids room with a tv kept the kids busy,I highly recommend KEYES TOYOTA .

Went to buy an advertised vehicle, and when dealing the price started I would end up paying almost 7k over the advertised price on options normally pushed at finance. Anyway, being the first car for my graduate boy and my 4th Hyundai. Anyway, I found a 1 year old newer Hyundai with less mileage, same options and guess what? I am not paying for any options but the sticker price as advertised! But don't take me wrong, service dept and customer service over all is 100% positive. This review is for unprofessional sales practices.

STAY AWAY!!!

NEVER buy a car from these guys - they will lie to you repeatedly and do anything to get you to close a deal but then they will NOT deliver on ANYTHING!!!

Go anywhere else or but a bicycle instead of shopping with these guys.

Sam Kassis and the rest of the staff here are horrible people who care nothing for the word or the value of their promises.

Take your money elsewhere.

We had an exciting experience with the team at Keyes Toyota. From the moment we entered the premises, the sales representative was exceptionally nice and very good at aiding us to choose the appropriate car.
The Manager was also good in giving us the numbers and explaining details . The finance manager was equally good.
My husband and I had a good time and we will definitely stick with keys Toyota for our future purchases.

Everything was great, our sales man Mark from service was outstanding, except when I went to pick up my new vehicle for my son the next day, the finance guy informed me that there was a $50 deductible which he never mentioned when I signed the paperwork for the 7 years warranty I bought, and that it didn t really coveted everything they said it will. I wish he did tell me that on the first day I signed the papers. Other than that everything was outstanding.

Me and my daughter switched cars. I noticed her maintenance light was on. She had just had an oil change recently. Also her side mirrors, radio, and cigarette lighter had stopped working several months ago. I Googled what it could be and it showed a possible fuse had blown. I wasn't sure on the fuse cover which one was for the radio, mirrors etc...It said the best place was to go to the dealer and ask them. I pulled into The Toyota service place Saturday morning about 07:45. A gentleman that was not wearing a uniform or name tag said he could help me. I said I had two questions. First I asked if he could show me how to reset the maintenance light. He said no because they couldn't be liable if I had a problem and they shut it off. I told him that I didn't need him to do it. I just needed him to show me because the youtube showed a different car model and I didn't have the manual on hand. He said he couldn't do it. I said okay well can you tell me which one of these is the fuse that goes to the Radio, cigarette lighter and side mirrors. He said I would have to wait till I checked the car in because no one is working on cars yet. I said I was actually doing a shop to see what he would say. It was obvious that he really wasn't listening. He just wanted to get rid of me because I wasn't making him any money. I think he may have been a manager of some sort. He just said, "I Know" WHAT? He knows? Right! Like he knows I was a shopper. He didn't know. He just said,"I know" without listening to what I said. If he was really listening and thought I was a shopper, he would have given me 5 star customer service. I started to drive out the back and the garage was full of guys working on cars. SMH. That was the worst.

I leased a 2018 Rav-4 from Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys. This was the first time I have ever leased and I was so well taken care of by Jason O' Hara, John Williams and Michael Bellinger. The process was easy and smooth and everyone was so kind and eager to answer my questions.

Mr. Bellinger was a delight to work with and Mr. Hampton?? In finance was equally impressive.

I would recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone and everyone. I love my new car and am very happy and elated with my choice.

Amazing experience. Bought an FJ Cruiser on the 29th of June, and could not have had a better experience. Max, my sales person was wonderful. His sales manager Jimmy was great as well. The whole buying process was simple, and I was on the road in less than an hour with a very fair price. I will definitely take future business there. They have made customers for life. I went to get service done for my Toyota Tacoma and I had a walkie talkie inside the truck and when it was done the walkie talkie was not inside. I am very disappointed this happened and from now on, I will take out my personal belongings because I never thought this would happen but apparently thieves work here and I'll be more careful.

This has to be the single worst Toyota dealership ...

This has to be the single worst Toyota dealership in the United States. They staff was rude, from the sales people to their horrific GM (probably the worst one of all). They were dishonest in their business dealings, quoting one price, and then changing it when we committed to purchasing.

I recommend you stay as far away from this Toyota dealership as you can. I haven't been to other Keyes dealerships, but if they hire people like this one, stay clear!

Lease a car 3 years just finished paying off my Camry aswell the only reason I gave this place 3 stars because you guys really need to find a way to get your customers home after a lease is done dont just leave the customer to get back home on there own or make someone else drive out here with them you guys are supposed to be looking out for the customer and your not I dont think I'll be leasing or purchasing a car from you guys anytime soon because of this kind of care so your no longer taking my money and I'm no longer important I think that's what it is
