My car service was three months late due to COVID-19. I really wanted it serviced but, as someone who had, other than necessary trips to the store, responsibly sheltered at home, was VERY concerned about spending an hour or so at the Toyota dealership while my car was serviced. I wore two layers of face masks (one with two charcoal filters inserted into the mask) and latex gloves. I also brought my own can of Lysol spray to spray inside the car when it was returned to me. I had decided I d sit outside on the curb if I had to - wasn t at all comfortable sitting in the customer waiting room (although I ve always loved the amenities there). Yes, I was a touch paranoid. But surprise! Van Nuys Keyes Toyota had an outside patio set up with social distancing guidelines and the few other customers who were there, strictly adhered to them. No one at any time was any closer to me than probably 10 feet. When my car was brought up, the gentleman got out of it and brought out this disinfecting device and sprayed the inside of my car, so I didn t need my can of Lysol. I felt a whole lot better about the experience, and was really happy my car had been tended to. Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend servicing your Toyota at Keyes Toyota Van Nuys.
