What really was over and above everything the
General Manager Simon S last but not least the Finance Manager Reza he made the transaction very smooth and in timely manner
I have purchased several vehicles but never had such great experience

Service is great but the following week every salesman in the office will call you to trade in your car. Very rude and pushy sales staff- DTLA Mercedes may not be as elegant but the staff is much more respectful.

I am from a different city. I was told that my car would be $3000 down and $399 a month. They are now telling me that I need to put over $5500 down after wasting hours of my day and me driving all the way down here. The general manager Ray gave absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had hands down. Scam artists.

They called me two days later in response to this review letting me know that they would "see what they can do for me". I'll update when they contact me with the deal I asked for.

Because of Vahe Kanyan , an amazing sales person , I went to Keyes Mercedes Benz of Van Nuys to shop around for my next car. Vahe listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I have to say, with all the cars I have bought in the past, and the numerous people I ve worked with, I have never encountered such excellent and sincere customer service as I did with Vahe. He showed such genuine interest and concern in what I was saying, that I knew right away that he would go above and beyond so that I could leave with the car of my choice.
Sure enough, I left later that night in my new car. This is all thanks to Vahe s hard work, caring personality, and awesome customer service. Not only will I be back, I will recommend everyone that I know to come buy their cars from him. In a world
of fast taking and shady salesmen, he is a shining example of what excellent customer service is all about.

These guys are scammers.Especially sales manager,who calls himself Jack.Leased the car from them,residual value on the lease end states 26k.Jack is telling us that no,he won't sell the car to us for 26k,but instead it will be 31k,because we have to pay them extra 5k to make the car "certified",otherwise they can't sell it to us.I inspected the contract several times and nowhere can I find that we HAVE to pay additional $5000 at the end of the lease to buy it out!
What a ripoff!Keyes Mercedes is a black mark on Mercedes name.This is the last time we are dealing with these scammers!

This is the first time I was serviced by Kirk Wallace. He deserve every star of the 5 stars. Even I was late for 2 hours because i mixed with another appointment. As I apologized for being late, Kirk answered with a big smile with "No Problem Fred" . That is great attitude?! I also enjoy having a varieties of drinks at supper clean waiting area. The best MBZ service you can ask for. Exceeding my expectation. This is my 3rd MBZ I purchased from Keys Motor. They gave me a ride to my house and back via LIFT. The vehicle was repaired properly in the same day. Keep the good work because you guys MAGA.

The story goes back to August of 2015, when the ai...

The story goes back to August of 2015, when the air conditioner in our 2012 E Class stopped working properly. Cold air was only available on the left side of the car, and the right side (including the rear) was warm to hot air. Not a comfortable situation during Summer in Southern California. We took the car into Keyes European for servicing, and at that time, the car was still under warranty. After a day or two, they said it was fixed and to come pick up the car. They explained that it was some sort of software/computer reset, because the ducting controls had seized on that side of the car. The air conditioning worked normally until around April of 2016. As I was bringing the car back down to Keyes to have them take a look, I got into an accident. The accident and life, caused substantial delays and we were only able to get the car back into Keyes this August 5th.

Upon learning that our warranty was expired, and that the work itself is not warrantied (is that even legal?), the service advisor Karen told me that I'd be paying for any repairs. I reminded her that this is not just a "repair" request, this is a "return" of a warranty repair that didn't work. I maintained that the work done previously was insufficient to fix the problem and therefore, it was that work which needed to be redone, but properly this time. When they diagnosed the problem (same exact problem) this year, they came up with a different solution - no computer reset, but rather to replace a motor of some sort in the A/C system. I'm not mechanic, but it seems logical that if a service department diagnoses the same exact problem twice, that they'll come up with the same solution twice. However, this was not the case here. They reset the computer in 2015 which temporarily fixed the symptom until the reason (disease) it failed originally, cropped up again several months later (or perhaps earlier, but there's hardly passengers on the right side of the car and weather doesn't get super hot until Summer). Now the diagnosis requires hardware to be installed, which sounds like something that may actually solve the "disease", not just the symptom. So why didn't the dealer figure this out in 2015 and actually solve the "disease" instead of writing a prescription as a temporary solution? Perhaps their service department was too busy to go deeper than a skin-deep fix? From the customer's perspective, who cares. It doesn't matter why or how it happened (the mis-diagnosis), it only matters that it happened. It is not therefore unreasonable to expect the service department to back-up its work, realize its shortcoming, and take care of the proper fix at their expense. Had they done the job thoroughly the first time, Mercedes would have foot the tab and the dealer would've been out of the loop.

This brings us to the current moment. The dealer is taking zero responsibility in this matter and is expecting me to pay for their error, oversight, omission, mistake, etc. and I feel that that is poor business. When an authorized service facility repairs a 2012 Mercedes automobile, one can expect that repair to last longer than several months. It's why we pay the big bucks for these German cars. As stated earlier, we've owned many Mercedes vehicles and every repair done on them, in or out of warranty, always fixed the problem period. The cars were sold or traded in years later and the original issues never cropped up again. Therefore, the dealer provided an inadequate repair in 2015 that simply spilled over into 2016, and in the interim, the vehicle warranty expired. It is clear to me that the current issue is a continuation of the original problem, and that it has not yet been fixed. It is clear to me that it's the dealer's responsibility to correct their previous work at no expense to me.

Until this dealership is willing to take responsibility for its service department, I can no longer bring any vehicles in for repair, nor purchase new vehicles from staff managed by the same GM who apparently supports this underhanded practice. I recommend the same to you.

I've had dealt with multiple Mercedes dealerships in past, but I have to write my review how much unpleasant experience I've had with Keyes European. Last year, I drove 6 hours from Bay area as Sales person promised me to give me a good deal.
I purchased a new SUV and trade old car. Then in May of this year, I've received a letter from Santa Barbara Police that I need to pay for Toll and penalty of violation of parking over hours. I told Police that I no longer posses the vehicle and called the dealer ship why my name is still showing under the vehicle that I trade to them last year. The dealer ship said, they already sent title transfer paperwork to DMV, and I am all good to go. Then about month ago, I am getting these mails of 26 of Notice of Toll Evasion Violation from Express Lanes. Again, I called Express lanes that I don't own the vehicle and not reliable for 26 penalties. They said, the vehicle still shows under my name and that I need to sort this out with the dealership. I called multiple times to dealership, reception keep telling me that nobody is available and giving me different names to call.
The dealership made this mess by not taking care of paper work when I purchased the car. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for good service after purchasing car. And that is what Mercedes is all about providing luxury car and excellent customer service.

When looking for a car this is the place to go and ask for Dontae he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to take a look and maybe a test drive, but after the way I was greeted, the amazing customer service, and the deal I received I didn't want to let this opportunity slip out of my hands. This is by far one of the best locations Dontae and Ilya went over and beyond and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely refer all my family and friends here.

I m very disappointed with Keyes Mercedes I been a long time customer from Keyes Chevy and I decide to trade in my lease with Chevy for Mercedes but I have done the worst mistakes in my life I m my mind I always wanted a Mercedes and finally happen but the process of the lease was a nightmare Keyes Mercedes took about a month to pay off my Chevy lease Mercedes failed to send the paper. Work and the off check to Chevy I had to contact Mercedes after 3 weeks from my original lease date because Keyes financial department never send the payment to Chevy or neither they contact me I had to contact them because Chevy collection department call me on my cellphone demanding a payment I was in shock about this I contact Keyes Mercedes and they transfer me to the financial manager a female lady she said she was going to take care of this ok but it was a nightmare as a customer i was expecting a better service from Mercedes being Mercedes a good brand but I was wrong I requested to speak to the General Manager but he never reach out to me it sucks because I m paying top $$$$$$ to get this kind of service very disappointed and this past week I had to bring my suv for service to get the finish touch protector and just experience another bad customer service form my advisor omg I can t believe it I never complain or write bad reviews but Keyes Mercedes what s going on i hope I do get contact by management regarding this review because this has to stop

We went through few dealerships to get more familiar with these car features, prices and do some test drives. We both had a very pleasant experience with Noel of Keyes European MBZ in Van Nuys. I went to Keyes Mercedes to have my car B service done, My service person was a guy name Casey he was so Interested in up selling me, he neglected to check the engine light that was clearly on, Casey told me my tires needed rotating, he told me I need it a engine filter, He told me my ABS light sensor came on but when I went to look at it this ABS light With Casey he said "oh it's started back working properly on its own" I paid $500 to come back pick my car and no one decided to check and see why the light was on and how much that will cost to get fixed I give Casey a zero for his scummy up selling tactics, You could have sold me on how much it would have cost to fix that issue. Maybe this is the type of people keys Mercedes Benz like working for them.

I made an appt. with service writer Karin because she told me the parts did come in. Left my car there all day Sat. Got the call to come get the car. And, guess what they only had one air bag not both so now I have to go back again on Tues. and leave car for the day. Got the car. Yea! 3.Today I get a call from Keys telling me the original parts that they told me were not ordered were in. Seems as though the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Glad my car is out of warranty and I do not have to take it Keyes.

I was charged for my car supposedly being disinfect but all they did air spay something. I guess, it was just a way to make more money.
The car was not cleaned or washed at all.
I will never use Key Mercedes after today's service

I ve been a Mercedes Benz loyal and satisfied customer for many years. I recently had a blow out and had to replace one of my tires in a nearby local shop. To my surprise, the key for the lock nut on the wheel was not in the kit where it was supposed to be. My local mechanic suggested I contact the dealer to get one. I went to my Mercedes Benz dealer Keyes European Mercedes-Benz right before closing. I explained my situation to the service director, Andrew Campa, and he immediately called the mobile service van and asked him to meet me the next morning at the local shop with the lock nut master key set. Mr. Campa also asked the Parts Dept to order a key for me and to call me when it was ready since they did not have any in stock. As promised, the mobile van showed up on time at the tire shop, with the local tire shop team impressed with the kind of service we were getting.

Andrew and his team have always gone that extra mile to give outstanding customer service and it is very much appreciated.

Never visit a service in this place! I brought the car 3 weeks ago, after buying the GLE Cope AMG 53 with the problem that the exhaust system stopped working and the sound I had when I bought it disappeared. Rick the service manager stood and brazenly tried to convince me that there is no sound in my car and will stand and convince you that your car is working properly. He stood and brazenly tried to deceive, and in the end said that I would go where I bought. The car is new in 2021! Don't waste your time on this service! I will complain further to his superiors and I will never recommend Keyes Mercedes.

BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle! Have purchased lots of vehicles & 4th MB. This is a HUGH MB dealer, 1st time there, and I was expecting 1st class service (like Ive receieved for the last 12 yrs from every other MB dealer). Besides getting the car I wanted I am so disappointed with the deal and service! Everyone from the salesman, finance manager to the GM are slimeballs, liars and frauds! Besides the fact there was no negotiation possible, just a whole bunch of BS and number fudging (like we were stipid). Ultimately we were lied to and charged $895 for an optional service (Surface Protection- Finishing Touch & Key replacement). We thought these were complementary service being offered, at least thats what the finance manager told us (oh and we possibly were charged for something that was already done b4 we looked at this car). Come to find out this charge was added to our finance bill. Since the car came with a warranty, we declined all of the extras they offer when we sat down to sign, or so we thought. When we realized we were charged we tried to resolve it. They asked what we wanted them to do and we asked them remove the charge but they refused, lied and BS'd us some more and only offered for us to return the car, 120 miles away. I will be filing a complaint with CA Consumer Affairs and they can decide if this was legal or not. Im sure were not the 1st or only ones this has happened to. GM-Ray, and owner? Simon & finance said they include this "optional service" on ALL vehicles they sale. Wonder if they are disclosing this each time or are they being deceptive like they were to us? Oh and the 1 star was for the awsome beautiful car we got, so far anyways. In hind site we would have kept looking instead of doing buisness with Keyes!!!

I never gave one-star review. Tried so hard to forget and move on, but Keyes sent me an email asking for feedback so they can improve. So, here we go. The low rating sums up the collective of multiple let downs and over all disappointing experiences from the service department here, not just one time. I purchased 3 cars from this dealer in the past 3 years. Usually avoid servicing our cars here and rather drive to Arcadia or Glendale. As a small business owner, we are always on super tight schedule. Got a courtesy call for a recall from Keyes on the fuel line a couple weeks ago for our Metris Van, needed to fix steering column knocking and tires as well so I took a chance knowing this could end badly. Agreed to come in past Monday, and promised a loaner car over the phone, asked the lady TWICE to be sure I will really get a loaner, because we have had this same problem with Keyes in the past, no other MB dealers ever gave us this run-around, or I'll be screwed because I need a car to pickup inventory. Went in around 8am thru Monday morning traffic. Waited almost 20 mins on the loaner, BTW, coffee machines sucked here, they said they are short on loaner, but I saw at least 20 loaners parking outside, and that hurts. I kept asking cuz I was already late and needed to fight the traffic back to DTLA, service manager finally came through and said sorry they can't honor the promise. So I had to ask the van back, wasted the whole morning, late for work, and the van didn't get fixed, again. Won't go back, won't buy anything and won't refer anyone to Keyes. They had many chances to make it right but they chose not to.

They will lie to you about price and terms to get you into the dealership. Once your there the finance guy will present you with something completely different. Then they will lie to your face and tell you that the terms the salesperson quoted you was not true. Either get everything in writing via email, which they will never do, or avoid this place at all costs. Beware whenever you ask a question via email and they tell you to "call them"! If so, send a follow up email like this:

"this email will confirm our telephone conversation five minutes ago where you stated the price was $_________, and the finance charge is $________. If anything herein is incorrect, please immediately let me know by responding to this email."

The only reason I am give two stars is because the place has been just built to a very nice Dealer. Other than that the staff are very pushy and most don't even know what they are talking about until their manager comes along. If you have a full day to waste to get a pricing then this is the place. Other than that just get a broker to buy your car from.

This was the most negative experience I ve had wit...

This was the most negative experience I ve had with Keyes Mercedes for the following reasons:
1. Tires I ordered online were not what was stated on the invoice. This may have only been a clerical error I can live with and could easily have been changed.
2. A bit more negligent on their invoicing was a double charge in replacing my front Airmatic struts. On one page was a charge for the front left strut replacement. On the next page was a charge to replace both front struts. That means I m paying for 3 struts and getting 2. Didn t need a calculator to figure out what they tried to slip by.
3. The most disturbing point on their invoice was what they intended to charge me for balancing 4 new tires I would be buying. That jaw dropping total for balancing 4 tires was $1,202.00. That s almost the price for the tires!! In other words the total for 4 new tires from Keyes would have cost me over 24 hundred dollars.
I ended their deal quickly, refusing all their services and got my car out of there as soon as I could.

I ordered a custom Mercedes GLA 250 - metallic lunar blue with crystal gray interior - premium package - parallel parking - just about everything available. Arthur aka Big Art was warm, professional, knowledgeable and completed the transaction quickly. I was notified when my vehicle would arrive and it was only a week later - delays at LB port. Brian was great as well. This Mercedes dealership has great customer service. I'd leased my 2015 car from the Encino dealership and there is no comparison. Will refer friends to this dealership. Smooth transaction, relaxed, no pressure. They are very accommodating and patient. This is also where I get my car serviced. The service team gets me in and out quickly. Didn't like the vibe at Beverly Hills Mercedes - a bit impersonal...when you feel like a number. Totally recommend Keyes Mercedes

Biggest cheaters on earth, from manger to sales man every one. Worst customer service, very rude manager and sales mans,I bought the 2012 GLK, I selected the car with premium package, but I wanted a car in different color, they showed me a different car with the color I want, stating that the car comes with premium package and has all the same features, but after buying it, I noticed that it was missing almost 10 of the original car's features. It would be better to buy a car off the road than buy from these people. These people are untrustworthy and if you do buy from them they will definitely cheat you somehow. Once you have bought a car from them they will treat you horribly. They first cheat you and then curse you. Never buy a car from these disgusting people unless you want countless nights without peaceful sleep.
They never let me test drive the car that I actually bought, and repeatedly assured me that the car had the same features as the first car that I had wanted. The only difference, was the car's color. Also, when I tried to resolve the matter with the manager on duty, he snatched the paper from my wife's hand, threw it into the trash, and began to yell at us with VERY bad language. Afterwards, we attempted to resolve the matter, and even your legal department sent us a letter saying that we may return the car, but once we got there they refused to honor the letter. If anyone wishes to see the letter from their legal department, I can still post it up for you.

He was extremely friendly and prompt with communications via email and texts whenever we had a question to ask him. The Keyes show room was also massive and looked like a work of art. First brought the product to the cashier, she was counting $, I offered to wait cuz I know how it is, she was gracious enough to help me 1st. Realized I had to take it to parts 1st. Jason, a trainee was also gracious. Tim Chavez(Parts Advisor Customer Sales) was the bestest. He waived the few Xtra $, made my day, not because of the money, but him going above and beyond for a customer. Met Tom, his supervisor, also very nice, praised about Tim and Jason. It's little things that matters to me. And I remember, so, I will be returning to your dealership to purchase my 2nd MB in the near future. I hope the service will be the same or better from sales and service.

Went in for service B on Saturday and made me wait...

Went in for service B on Saturday and made me wait for 15min with confirmed appointment as well as waited 1 hr 30 min for the ride after service is finished. No free car wash offered and very disappointed with luxury brand but no luxury service in mind.
