Keyes Mercedes Benz fixed my car when Dodge couldn t fix it even though they had my car for 5 weeks! I love these people and we are so happy. Great service and everyone is polite. Ask for Victor Oh and Jesus Vargas. They always want the best for their customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! they will lie to you, misinform you, mislead you, all to get your credit card and signature on a new expensive lease / finance contract. If It happened to me it will happen to you. Even when I tried to call and complaint the sales manager returning my call was rude and had zero skills as to how treat unhappy costumers. This was my 2nd car from them, 3rd MBZ overall. Never again. They lost me and all my referrals as customers.

Andrew service manager at the Sherman Oaks Mercedes was amazing . Impeccable service. He was on point with every issue with what had to be done and what was covered what was not. I knew what was going on with the car all the step of the way. A car was waiting for me for 2 days all repairs perfectly done car runs great!

Elan made the anxiety of buying our new car a pleasure. He patiently answered all of our questions. He provided thorough information regarding financing options , explained some of the new features and technology on the car and gave us his cell number for back up when/if we had further questions at a later time. Purchasing/leasing cars has been quite an uncomfortable ordeal in the past. Elan felt like a supportive member of the family by the time we left the dealership. It was like having a visit with a friend.

I really hate leaving bad reviews overall, especially to my former employers, but WOW the service SUCKED. I took in my S550 for a very simple Service A (which should only take about 1.5 hours MAX). I WAITED 3 AND A HALF HOURS. When the car was FINALLY done (after hinting to the service adviser that i'm a bit aggravated at this point) they brought the car down DRIPPING WET and they had the audacity to tell me that they couldn't give my car a descent car wash because they were "busy". That is a terrible excuse, just wash the damn car. i asked them to at least wipe it down with a microfiber towel and they did it with an attitude as if its not their job. I will never EVER take my car there for service ever again. I'd much rather make the drive out to Calstar or Calabasas Mercedes Benz for better service. (The sales department at Keyes is awesome by the way) But WOW service is terrible.

Easiest car purchase I've ever made. I walked in knowing I was going to buy but the car I thought I wanted actually turned out to NOT be the one I ended up with. My salesman helped me understand some of the differences, both pro and con, that were appropriate for me and I ended up with a better fit for my needs. The process was quick, thorough and fair, no push to purchase "add-on" warranties, just a straight forward transaction. Thanks so much!

Terrible service. I took my car to fix the problem with windshield wipers. Service associate Harmony Breeks was helping me (very nice lady) There was a work for
5-10 minutes. After waiting more than one hour mechanic Simon came downstairs and told me that they can t fix my car because the hood is painted and warranty doesn t work in that case. It was surprise for me to know that the 2018 Mercedes leased from KEYES EUROPEAN has painted hood and the service refused to fix the problem. I m going to contact my lawyer and discus with him if is that ok if they selling brand new cars with painted hoods and refuse to fix wipers.

This is by far the MOST AMAZING delaership for Mercedes !! All of my family leases and buys cars and gets their service done here. First You feel as if you are in a resort with all the pasteries and drinks and service you get , then I mean the selection is incredible (you cant find any benz with there selection and cars.) They give the best deals no matter what and the GM Simon is by the nicest guy and hands on GM you'll ever meet . Everythign went by smoothly and they helped us recently get into a new 2014 e class !!!

Buying our first Mercedes was quite the experience. Walter was very welcoming and willing to work with us, he showed us all the models we were interested and when it came time for negotiation, he was instrumental on closing the deal, he worked all the details to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the deal. I would have rated my review 5 stars if it would not have been that when we met with the finance officer the numbers were not the same as the ones we agreed with Walter. Also, the financial officer was clearly upset with the mistake; he had to rerun the contract because the numbers were not accurate. In the end, the deal came through and we were able to drive out on our new Mercedes. Thanks Walter!

I shopped for a couple months for a new car having just moved here from out of state. This dealership not only had a great selection of cars, but everyone that I worked with there was professional, friendly, helpful and informative. I m really happy with the deal I got and they whole experience went really well. Everyone was kind and patient, by far the best customer service I ve received out of the several dealerships I went to. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know car shopping.

I am very disappointed with the car I bough 2020 GLE 350 because the car drive bumpy and the body has an issue. We have to return in 2 day to have the body fixed. The car has been in the dealer for 3 days now and we still has not hear anything from them. I wish I can just change the car to a new one. I want it to buy new car so we will not have any problems but the car we bought has few issues already. We pay so much money for this. Very very very disappointed.

He was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. He even stayed late to make sure that I got my car that day. I could not be happier with my purchase. Buy your car from Sako. Great customer service when you start walking inside the showroom. They will take you to see whatever car that you are looking for whether you are ready or not to buy. Unlike other dealers that I went to did not want to show me any cars. Keyes European should be your first stop to search for your car.

Awful. I drove over 8 hours to buy a car in the car that I would be trading in. After I get down there, I m told they applied a finishing touch treatment to the exterior that I would now have to pay over $1000 for and, since they had already done it without me asking, I could not refuse to pay for it. However, since they knew that I would have to put over 500 miles on my trade-in, lowering it s worth and had already driven over 8 hours to buy the car, they knew I couldn t just walk away because I would be out an entire wasted day, over 1,000 miles depreciation on my trade-in (there and back) and they didn t inform me that I would have to pay for something I didn t want until I had already signed the paperwork selling them my car. So I would literally have to somehow get back home without a vehicle. They are fraudsters and scammers. Beware!!

From the minute we stepped into the dealership to the moment I pulled out of their drive with my new car, my experience with Keyes European was nothing short of perfection. Matthew Borlenghi was my sales contact and he was patient, kind and understood my budget and timeline. I was never in a rush... I never sat with multiple "managers" to help find me the right price and my family were treated like royalty. If you are in the market for a luxury car, there is simply no reason to go anywhere else.

Terrible service. I m not sure why not one person asked me how they could help me as I waited in the service line. The immature Caucasian males they have greeting customers have no clue what proper customer service entails. I am beyond disappointed, management should be advised that the first point of contact left much to be desired. It s a shame how blatantly disrespectful these boys who operate the floor are. I won t be returning nor recommending.

I almost fell over leaving the place because of all the grease covering this place. I guarantee that you'll get called buddy like 20 times in a visit by some dude with an LV belt with greasy slicked back hair. Your female family member will be attempted to be hit on and "negged" relentlessly. I felt like I was in a South Park caricature. The salesman was too lazy to give me options lists for cars that I was interested in and implied you need not know price itemization for top of the line cars like they have. Please avoid, unless you like greasy douchey salesmen. To be fair, I can't say anything about their service dept, but you can smell their salesmen from a mile away with their thick cologne

I had excellent customer service with Scott Fuchs. Not always fun going in & paying more money for car repairs But he made it as painless as possible. The loaner car was great, and the pastries inside while I waited are pretty good too :-)

The dealership is Class A but the service has so...

The dealership is Class A but the service has some details to work on.

Bought a 4 set of Goodyear eagle sports but they took away my nitrogen fill air caps - The wheels didn t even have any tire caps when I got the car so I had to drive back and I got some stock replacement stuff but I want the nitrogen caps back!!!

Next I paid $150 for a four wheel alignment but I didn t even get a report for it. Almost if I never got one. I like the report to keep for my records but when I emailed the service adviser (Edward) I got no response.

Lastly, I noticed they overtighted my lug nuts using a pneumatic driver so I had to buy a powered driver when taking off my tires. Poor attention to detail as the wheels should be tightened according To manufacture specifications.

I will come back to the dealership because it s an awesome place to be with several cars in the showroom next door, a stocked breakfasted bar (but really it was only stocked before 10AM, and they offer amenities like free rides etc. I m not completely sold on the service though, I would probably want a walk though of the facility first if I m bringing in a really expensive car!

There were either some extreme miscommunications between the sales department and the finance department, or these are some of the most dishonest and shady people I have ever dealt with (and I m a lawyer, so that says a lot).

We reached a deal on a GLC, which included a 3 year maintenance package thrown in. We also explicitly asked if this price included tax and other fees. We were told yes, except for title and registration fees. We were also told we would receive a $500 discount based on my membership with the Bar Association.

When we got up to finance, they tacked on tax, charged us for the maintenance package, added another package we didn t want and said it was included, and did not give us the Bar discount. All of this brought the price up about $7,000, plus the $500 for the Bar discount. Everything was rushed and we were told just sign here and you can get going. This was after 4 hours of sitting in the dealership on an empty stomach. I m also pregnant and generally exhausted, so we just wanted to get out of there.

When we got home, we realized there were all these extra charges that were represented to us as included and I received an email from the Bar with my voucher for $2000, not $500. So we called. They are now denying the price included tax or anything else, and told us to call the guy in the finance department, who is conveniently not in. I m just baffled.

This review is for the service department only. I have owned MBs in the past 30 years. Have experience with many dealerships. Called today for getting a quote for a bulb replacement. Gave VIN#. Was asked to stay on the line 5 minutes. Then they asked to call back since they could not quote. 2 hours later, no call back so I called again. Same thing for a second time. VIN#, 5 min wait, etc... All that to hear a quote twice more than other dealerships!!!

If you are a Mercedes driver or you want to be a Mercedes driver, Keyes European is your dealership and it is very much so worth the trip even if Los Angeles is not your home base. I should know, I made the trek out of state to shop with them! Prior to my visit I consulted with the GSM Brian Sheldon via phone and was able to get everything set up for the vehicle I had my eye on. When I arrived Erik Collins had my vehicle ready for a test drive. Erik went above and beyond to go through the various features of the vehicle as well as make sure I was confident about my vehicle choice. Brian was very hands-on during my purchase and made a point to make sure I was well taken care of and happy with each step of my experience. As we all know, the final step at any dealership is with finance. Vito Ohanesian assisted me in finalizing my purchase. I have a genuine appreciation for Vito as he thoroughly explained all of my options but never made me feel pressured to buy. After all the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted, Brian and Erik introduced me to Natalie Quijas who got me set up with the Mercedes Me program. I'm so excited about my new baby and I appreciate how thoughtful Brian and the Keyes European team I worked with was in getting me on the road safely for a long but very worthwhile drive home!

We are on our 9th Mercedes from this dealership. Our salesperson, Danny, is the best and has provided us with exceptional service. The Service Department has always taken that extra step. Our Service Advisor, Andrew Campa, is the best we've ever worked with. They provide great Courtesy Cars to sales customers and try to accommodate all requests. We love this place and its staff. We are looking forward to the 10th car this February.

Love the cars we purchased, got a AWESOME deal from Walter Chacon. He is a honest and professional sale rep that got us a great deal on two cars. HE deserves all 5 stars. His manager on the other hand is a JERK - DENNIS MURRAY. He was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning, calling my husband a "smart ass" twice and acknowledged he never intended to help us or be respectful. Work with Walter to get a great deal, but stay away from his manager, Dennis Murray.

My wife recently leased a 350 GLE. She and Jerry negotiated a deal she was happy with. When she went to F&I she wanted to roll 2/20 maintenance into her lease. She was told a payment. I asked if the money factor changed. The F&I manager brazen looked us in the face and said YES we could only have the lower money factor if we purchased his maintenance contract.

I taught F&I and instantly knew he was violating the Truth in Lending Act. I still feel as though the crime was committed (customer can t see the screen) but my wife is happy (she doesn t know better) so be it.

But be leery of packed payments when you deal with this dealer.
