I was completely devastated when my computer broke...

I was completely devastated when my computer broke down and I lost all 14,000 of my photos. The apple store worked on it for a business day and they weren t able to recover a single photo.
Kenny not only recovered all of my photos, he made an amazing suggestion on a new hard drive I should buy. My computer feels brand new and I have all of my precious photos/memories back!!!
