I'm in my mid 70s and not at all computer smart. My old MAC slowed down to a crawl and my Quicken had a big "X" all over its icon. I googled computer repairs' near me and KENNY P jumped out with lots of 5-star reviews. So I took a leap of faith and took my old MAC directly into their shop. .......... I was terrified that I'd be told that I needed a new computer or that the bill would be over the top.
Neither bad scenerio happened. The two nice smart young men I talked to were both charming and quick in their assesments. Two days later I picked up my old MAC and she's a puppy again. She's super fast, and the bill was way less than I had anticipated.
YES, I will definately use them again, and YES, I will recommend KENNY P to all my retired old friends. ... And to you too, if you are reading this.
