Soooo worth the visit! If you want to come from Orlando by bus (transport only), look on the internet for the company FLORIDA DOLPHIN TOURS and you will pay around US $ 59 round trip per person. For the rest you will spend $ 20 to $ 40 per person on food and drink as it is a day's visit, if you don't buy any tempting souvenirs.

We went for the Falcon 9 rocket launch, but we stayed for all the sweet astronaut food!

Very interesting exhibits, even more so if you get excited about space travel and its history. Everyone should visit at some point just to get a true sense of what NASA does and how their accomplishments have been shaping our lives for decades.

If you are in the vicinity is definitely a small visit.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The terrain itself is manageable and there are also maps in German.
We had the time to make the bus tour which is also highly recommended that this is very informative, and you see a lot of things.
The waiting times at the "attractions" realtiv long why we did not visit any "attraction", but that was not bad because you get through the various info boards also enough information.

You could definitely spend an entire day here. If you get there at opening so the bus tour first. It s two hours and the line will be about that long for it by mid day. There was only about a 10 minute wait for Atlantis but that was my favorite and where there was the most to do indoors. There is an outdoor but shaded kids playground. The hall of heros is two 7 minute shows but the second one is 3D and may be intense for young ones. There is a lot of simulators and 3D style videos which are not great for people who get motion sickness. I did not eat but saw two cafes one with outdoor seating and one with indoor. There is also a large store that s two stories. If there is a chance of rain make sure to bring an umbrella since the buildings are spread out. Also allow plenty of time to get through security. The line is all in the sun and they check bags and strollers well. All adults and children also pass through a metal detector.

Went during the time of COVID in the fall of 2020 with my 7 year old. The weather was nice and it wasn't too busy. Good for a half day trip if you're in the area. Newfound amazement in how folks took our space program from nothing to great heights (pun intended).

I could go on about how awesome the exhibits are and the size of the rockets in real life and blah blah blah. IT S NASA!!! I d give it 10 stars but google only goes to 5. Plus you get to see Space X launch facility and that is icing on the cake. Forget Disney this is we re it s at.

I've always wanted to come to the Kennedy Space center. We made a half a day out of it when you could easily spend a day or 2 going through everything. The weather was rainy or we probably would have spent more time there. I was impressed with how large the property is. The bus tour is a must and that was probably my favorite part of the day. I learned alot and I'd definitely go back again.

Well lots to say. It's not what I hope it will be. Most it is replicas not authentic deal. Only what is good its that you can say to your friends that you was there. Nothing spectacular in this place.

Seeing the original Atlantis Apollo spaceships and others is a huge impression. The only thing I was worried about how it would appeal to a child who does not speak English and in fact there are a lot of movies that need to be watched to move on. Still, it's worth it.

Our educator John was fantastic and very patient with the kids and with questions we all had. The only thing is I would certainly like to see more African-Americans be recognized for ALL that they have done and continue to do. Then things will be fair.

A small ride on a simulator everything else was movies that you can see on TV. $22.00 for two hotdogs and 1 fry with a tasteless watery cheese sauce and bottled water. They close early. 60.00 buxs

Dream of going out into space? This the place to visit. NASA has every space mission on record there. Replicas and actual rockets and capsules are on display. I got to experience how it feels inside the Atlantis on take off and into space. Amazing! Lot of souvenirs shops and cafeterias. There's also a bus tour of the launch pads. Must visit to Orlando.

This was our second visit. So enjoyable and is constantly being improved. Example was the videos on the buses as we toured the launch pads and NASA assembly building. And the buses were clean and apparently run on propane as there was no diesel smell. 5 stars KSC!!

Pretty cool place. Longer lines due to covid. Bus service was not running. Lyft and Uber do pickup and deliver. Both around a hundred dollars back to Orlando. Buy tickets before you get in the security line.

Excellent place to visit. When you arrive it might not look like there's that much there, but make sure you go on the bus trip to see the site and Saturn V. The IMax is good and the Atlantis display is excellent. You can easily spend the whole day here.

The Space center is worth a visit, especially for those with an interest in a NASA history items and exhibits found on site included the US astronaut Hall of Fame the former launch countdown clock a garden with various rockets astronaut training simulators in the space shuttle Atlantis you can also take a tour of the property facility watch the space themed IMAX movie or even have your photo taken with a real astronautIt s $57 for an adult we got there at 9 AM and we left at six it was a very casual day not too crowded

What an amazing experience! Something NOT to miss if ever in the area. Get the Military or Senior (55+) pricing if possible. Get there early, 0900, and get into the Atlantis first, as it gets crowded fast. The take the bus and make sure you are on the passenger side of the bus for best views! Definitely hit the IMAX films as they are incredible. Plan to spend a full day there too.

Second star because is of the nasa, but the times are too bad, waiting for all attractions( attraction of 20 minutes , waiting time 40 mins), no social distancing, no too much sanitizing spots and too much people everywhere.

Awsome

Excellent tour option for anyone who is in Orlando and region ... It is worth separating all day, as there are some tours to know the rest of the launch base that takes from 2 to 3 hours ...

It s a must see place for anyone visiting and locals alike! An outdoor garden of rockets, astronaut hall of fame, numerous shows/talks covering a bunch of topics, Atlantis space shuttle on display, a rocket launch simulation and more! So much history from here don t miss out on visiting! Bus tours aren t running at the moment due to COVID and they take you behind the gates of NASA to the launch pads etc - there s more than enough to do and see to easily fill up a second day of visiting so getting one of the passes is a good option (basically anything more than 1 visit and the pass is best bet)! And live rocket launches can be seen on certain days (check out the website for schedules)! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Definitely need to make plenty of time to spend there for the bus tour. There are a few places to spend time including an outdoor, shaded kids play area. The exhibits were cool but for all the money we spent to get in, there should have been seating. You stand during almost every presentation.

Such a fantastic experience for my family. My children are 14,12, and 7 year old twins. We dined with a astronaut. The astronaut was Dr. Anna Fisher. I think the experience was life changing for my children. Also the buffet was utterly amazing. That was worth the price of admission alone. The displays and attractions were very interactive, entertaining and dare I say educational. I wouldn't consider my kids STEM focused ( nerdy ) but they were fully entertained and inspired. Also most importantly, most of the things to do are inside and air conditioned. In contrast we left Disney World exhausted, hot, miserable and broke. It's funny, when we left Kennedy everybody leaving was smiling and happy. In contrast, when we were leaving Disney it looked like a refugee migration crisis scene. I'm usually a pretty senical, take things with a grain of salt kind of a guy, but it's hard to not get inspired by this place.
