It s a great place to visit maybe once or twice, at least for me. I m not a super big space fan but I know a few people that love this place.

I m always against places that charge for parking so keep in mind they do charge for that along with admission so plan accordingly.

In order to make the most of your ticket, arrive early and try to see as much as you can. Some exhibits are a little too kid friendly for my taste but I can see why families love it.

Also, the merchandise is everywhere and a bit pricey. There are some exhibits that have interactive features- for an additional price.

For a space lover, I would recommend, if you re in the area and have to pick between universal, disney, and the space center - go see one of the other attractions.

So much to see. Loved the explanatory IMAX video of what NASA is doing. Better explanation of what to do when you first arrive would have helped. Sign saying tickets, bar code scanning, bathrooms, etc would have helped. Govt: dont take glass bottles, pocketknife, etc. Spent 50 min in line w grandfather, only to discover our prepurchased voucher needed tickets. Wheelchair helped. Impressive Atlantis display

Outstanding experience! This is the first time I have seen a real space shuttle and I have to admit...this display would make the Smithsonian jealous. There just weren't enough hours in the day to see everything, but buying a ticket now gets you in for free next year! Cant wait to go back!

Great place to visit. This is the very place from which very important discovery in aerospace have come from. It's worth exploring. My only complaint is that the wait for the shuttles can be long, and visitors have to stand in the heat. Maybe consider building an indoor waiting area or more transportation services internally...

Unbelievable place for history and hands on learning. Gives you a real sense of how important space exploration is and so important to our everyday life and the items we use and take for granted everyday. A must see for anyone going to that part of Florida !!! Highly recommended.
Plan on a full day there.

Half of the exhibits are closed due to Covid-19, but you get a complementary ticket for 2021 when you buy your ticket, so you can come back for free next year when everything is back to normal.

Worse than "Disneyland" - you get charged to park then you get charged to enter, it starts around $60/adult plus there are many add-ons. When I asked an employee about the prices and what I should do since I only had two hours to explore, she told me the prices were "reasonable compared to Disneyland". That is ridiculous! I never went in the front gate... huge tourist trap

Beautiful place!

Beautiful place!
Very quiet to reach by car from Orlando. Parking $ 10.
Best to arrive by 10:00.
Take bus tour first and then too many areas in return.

So cool. Pricey, but cool. We went with our cranky toddler who insisted on not napping, so it was difficult to read and really learn everything I could have from the exhibits, but even so, it was interesting. My one major complaint would be the food..... IT WAS SOOO BAD. Do yourself the favor of eating before you get here and maybe pack some snacks....

This was my 2nd trip to Kennedy Space Center and it was Amazing! I took the Explore Tour twice and the Early Space Tour. You don't have to take the Explore Tour 2 times. Once is enough for one visit. I did it because it's my favorite tour and the 2nd stop is just beautiful out by Launch Pads 39A and B and I took the 2nd one on the 1 year anniversary of my first trip. I have the Atlantis year pass and it's a great deal if you plan on making multiple trips and its cheaper than a 2 day pass. I got to see the Bald Eagles nest again this year and both of the Adults were there when we past by! I would have seen my first launch had the CRS17 mission not been pushed back another week. I'll be back in November so hopefully I'll see one then. I got see some of my Tour Guides from last year and catch up with them and after taking so many tours I got to meet a few other Guides that were really cool. I'm obviously a huge space enthusiast/cadet/nerd and I love coming here and meeting people that love all of this as much as I do. So big thanks to John C. Curt M. John F. And Mark S. for all the great info!

Amazing place to visit. If you are intrigued by space and space exploration, this is one the places you MUST visit. The bus tour and space shuttle launch experience were the highlight of the tour. And you will also find many animals and birds just roaming on the island which is refreshing and amazing. The drive to the space center is also beautiful! What a breathtaking view! I would love to visit again!

Cool place to learn all about space and rockets. Many, many movies and theaters, not many physic exhibitions. If you like sitting and watching a movie on a large screen, great place. Food is decent, nothing extraordinary. Gift shop is a little expensive but that is to be expected.

The park is worth it for lovers of astronomy and discovery of space, young and old. The bus tour allows you to see the launch pad and the NASA building. It was the most interesting for me. The rest of the park allows you to see legendary aircraft and equipment, Apollo rockets, Challenger shuttle, etc. On the other hand, from the point of view of the animations, few sensations. Don't come for that.

Really disappointed as had looked forward to taking the bus trip around the complex but couldn't stand in long line for 60 mins (or longer) because there were only 2 bus drivers available to drive 44 buses! !We arrived early so avoid long wait and wanted to see as much as possible before lunch with Anna Fisher. Otherwise very happy with what we did see.

Totally loved this place! Me and my family paid a visit just for a weekend. It was full of surprises! We didn't think we'd witness a rocket launch that day but we did! The Starlink rocket by SpaceX launched during mid day. It was a little cloudy but it was still an excellent day. And we heard the boosters do it's job and sent a deafening roar throughout the sky. I mean it was an intense sound! It shook the whole sky and I even felt it when it was breaking the sound barrier. It was amazing! So after we watched the rocket launch from by the Kennedy space center entrance, we proceed to enter the park. Very beautiful park. Lots of activities for the whole family! There were displays of vintage rockets, a play area for the family, a very nice gift shop, a nice restaurant with very fair good prices, IMAX theatres and of course ice cream! They have ice cream place in there that my family enjoyed! We definitely had so much fun visiting the park and would definitely love to visit the place again. We actually were treated with a BOGO that weekend but the get one ticket is only effective for the same date NEXT YEAR lol! But it's still a really good deal. With a family of 5, we only spent less than $300! You can't do that in Disney world lol!

What can I say!

What can I say!
It's something you won't see anywhere else in the World.
Got goosebumps looking at the big space shuttles, lunar rover and other amazing NASA equipments! So much history which stands testimony to humanity's creativity and ingenuity.

Wow. I haven't been here in several years and what a out if this works experience. Updated and fun for the whole family. Almost to much to do in one day alone. If you like space stuff this is the place for you. If you don't, you will when you leave. Making space travel believers one adventure at a a time.

Kennedy Space Center. The myth !

Kennedy Space Center. The myth !
We stayed there from 10h to 19h without interruption.
UNIMAGINABLE!
The visit is extremely well organized and the discoveries are growing.
The immense rooms are more and more spectacular starting with the future expedition on Mars, passing through the extraordinary history of the space conquest, to finish with a history on the American shuttles. Then the screen opens .... on the real Atlantis shuttle ... A shiver invades us ...

All this in the presentation of the many failures that have enabled the success of this incredible scientific adventure. Total respect.

If you take the time to learn and really grasp what they have done here, it really is phenomenal. It's a place that after a few days leaves you thinking about how amazing it is. As an adult, you can almost be a kid again with all the wonder and thrill that the place had to offer. Allow your mind to be blown by what has been accomplished and is still to come.

I had a bad experience with staff in cafeteria, more than one was short and rude, a lady that was preparing my chicken wrap was about to prepare it with gloves she was using to touch everything and got very rude when i requested for her to change her gloves before preparing my wrap.

Tourist Complex of the Space Center Kennedy is a place that is very interesting and has a lot of attractions and information about NASA's history. A great time for long hours. Perfect place for adults and children

The Kennedy Space Center is a great visit. They have actual or mock-up rockets of almost every type related to the space program. The shuttle Atlantis display is incredible; it is the actual shuttle with the building built around it and containing many other displays related to the shuttle program. The center offers a large variety of films covering different aspects of the space program. The center has a building dedicated to the Apollo program containing a complete Apollo rocket inside and contains many additional displays and exhibits. The center offers extra tours at an additional price. One center covers the early years and actually goes to Cape Canaveral. This tour was very interesting. You visit the sites where several of the rockets were launched from and get to go inside the launch control bunkers. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour but want to advise that there are a lot of sites you drive by and are told down that road . The modern age tour was also good. You go past several active launch sites. If rockets are on the pads you can see them, but again, you do not actually go into the sites. I recommend at least two days to fully get to visit everything.

OK, off the top, this is a really fantastic, interesting, emotional, important, informational facility. The presentations are top-notch with engaged, friendly people. You definitely should visit, especially if you have kids, it's really fun. I particularly like the presentation for the Atlantis space shuttle.

I'm docking it a star because I don't know that it functions super well as a whole. Instead of one building, or even a main entrance from where you'd branch out, it's a collection of buildings, sort of a hodge-podge. I think my complaint really is what Disney would call "wayfinding" - I never really knew where I was going or what I was about to see. I stayed confused the majority of the day, I'd walk into things not realizing what they were at all.

I managed my way through the day mainly by following the times guide and just going to what was next. And that way, I'm pretty sure I saw everything from the back to the front. I was there from 8:30 am (for a launch) to 3 pm. Had the bus tours been running, and maybe a few other things that were shut down, I'm not sure I could have done it all in a day, especially at their current hours of 10-4. (I'm not sure if that's seasonal, covid-related, or normal.)

And speaking of the launch - I got there a little before 8:30, they let the short line in at 8:30, then the launch was scheduled for 9:13. Unfortunately, they aborted the launch at 18 seconds to go...so even if one is scheduled, it may not happen. Folks weren't super great about wearing their masks or keeping their distance, either. But on the whole, during the day, there were so few people that keeping distance was usually easy.

So here are a few things that felt weird to me: First of all, I had been security screened for the launch but went back to my car to put stuff away and had to get re-screened to get back in. This time, they objected to a hard plastic "my kitty" keychain I have and made me leave it in my car. It is a self-defense item (I guess I can poke someone's eyes with it) but I wouldn't call it a weapon and I was annoyed at having to go back to the car a second time to put it away and be screened three times that morning. Once inside, my first stop was a guided tour of the rocket garden, but the presenter was so hard to hear that I didn't get much from it. Later, I looked on the time guide and saw a "walking tour" of the Atlantis shuttle at a certain time. I went there at that time, saw the fantastic presentation, then when inside with the shuttle, there was an employee there talking about the shuttle and I assumed that was the tour, but eventually I (and several others) realized it was a VIP guided tour and we got kicked off. Walking into the Mars presentation, and the launch simulation, I literally had no idea what was going on until it happened. I guess this isn't too unusual but usually you get a map or there's a sign out front that sort of indicates what to expect. And maybe there used to be maps handed out - I found the app to be less than helpful. And the wifi in the park seemed to either keep disconnecting or it was on a time limit. I kept being asked to sign back in.

Visited the Space Complex on April 23, 2018, while on a trip with my family. They host a plethora of information about the US's previous space conquests, and boast interactive games that keep the younger minds interested. The complex is a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend a visit if in the area.

KSC will always be my favorite place to visit. Theres always something new to see and experience. I've never once felt bored in the 8000 times I've been there. Be sure to dedicate at least 2 days to see everything!! You won't fit it all into one day, trust me!!

Amazing and very popular place in USA. In fact, it is famous worldwide.
It is the only place in the world where one can witness real space shuttles, tour a space flight, close view of real moon rocket and meet a veteren NASA astronaut.
My visit was full of excitement and surprises as it was my first time to see real rockets and launching pads.
It was a bus tour to whole Kennedy space center visitor complex. Our guide was profound in all the information related to this place. It has a sprawling campus.
One needs a full day to see all important and popular attractions here.
There are entry tickets for adults and children. For adults, ticket price is USD 57 and for children, it is USD 47 for a day visit.
Having completed the bus tour, one can have food and grab beverages there.
I would like to recommend this place to everyone to visit.

This place is not generally interesting. First of all, the price is very suitable, the project inside is very interesting, you can stay in it for a long time. It is very suitable for bringing children to cultivate the interest of science.

Not worth $60.

Not worth $60.
Just visited the place with my family. Place is very small and not much to see. Air and Space Museum in DC has a lot more on display and it s free. Most of the attractions are videos presented, and only few actual exhibits. In the gift shop all stuff marked NASA and the same as in DC museum. Nothing special for the Kennedy Space Center.
