The service is just awful! handed over the Asus laptop with a blinking display problem. though they called back in the evening and said that the contacts are bad, the repair will cost 750 UAH. on the second day they did. The monitor came home but wifi does not work. then he started to check everything and it turns out there is no sound at all. before that, 100% everything worked. I took the laptop apart and found that one did not connect the wiring adapter to wifi, I think it s okay, it happens .. then I look at the chip on the speakers, too, is not inserted. and to all this for an appetizer they also broke the screw fastenings of one. how is it possible to collect notes so that there is one problem in the end there are 3 problems. service and wry-handed masters.

I handed over the camera with the problem of folding the lens. The problem was announced, the spare part for the replacement and the cost of 1500 UAH were named. They said that such a part is not available and will order delivery time of 3 weeks. But the next day a miracle happened - I was informed that the repair was completed and can be taken. Then they reported a broken terminal, because for a long time I could not pick up my camera, it turned out that it was constantly broken. Generally cache only cache - the second bell is not in favor of this "service". As a result, after 1.5 months from receipt and two days of use, the same damage occurs. The office is in a denial failure, links to mechanical damage (chips, scratches) that were during the repair and the offer to repair it again for 1500 UAH. It felt like there was no replacement, something podshamanil it earned, cut down the lungs and all.

Today I wanted to give the phone there for repair. I waited in line for an hour (Sovdep !!! Horror !!!) although there were 3 people in front of me.
While waiting in line, I realized that I won t give the phone back because: with me they returned the phone to the girl, and the breakdown was still malfunctioning, although she already paid for it ?!
Another man was waiting for something to be soldered there, but after an hour of waiting instead of the promised 15 minutes, they said, I'm sorry. in 2 days.

I handed over the phone for repair. Sony xz1 compact. On a paid basis. The problem was with the 3.5mm jack not working.
For one thing I asked to clean the microphone and speaker due to poor audibility.
As a result, they called and said 3.5 cannot be repaired, the matter is in the motherboard, but we will clean it for 600 UAH.
TC handed over for the sake of repair 3.5 refused to clean them for big money. (New speaker and microphone, for reference, together cost 100-150 UAH)
In general, the phone was returned to me with such a neat comment like "I would not count on its further water resistance, your SIM card tray is worn out there."
At first I didn't pay much attention to this comment, but ..
A month later, the display module began to move away from the case, after which it dawned on me ..
I wrote to them in the mail with the question of eliminating their own jamb for gluing the display for which they slapped me a price tag of 500 UAH and they will eliminate everything.!
In general, as I understand it, after the diagnosis, they simply put the display on the same glue that was there before .. !!
This is what it means "your device was assembled and issued in the form in which it was received." It turns out that this also applies to glue.

I sent the guys away and I will complain above ..

I just want to say two things, dear friends, the waiting time depends not only on the work of the service center, but also on the supplier of the original parts and, of course, on you, the client, as it sometimes happens that it takes a lot of time to agree with the client! And second, that electronics is a very unpredictable thing, and the SC can be tested perfectly, and having poisoned your hands to detect defects, and this of course depends on many conditions, so be wiser! And of course, all the equipment before passing to the customer takes more than one hour of testing, due to which the waiting time can be increased (maximum 1-2 days). And I consider the service really on top!

Three times I had to take it back under warranty and each time I returned the phone with a breakdown from which I had contacted from the beginning, assuring that everything was fixed and each time they made a new diagnosis and made a diagnosis for weeks. Having unsuccessfully poked a finger at the sky, they didn t come up with anything better than to say the problem was not detected by the master after the next diagnosis , which lasted more than a week. After spending 2 minutes, the problem miraculously nevertheless appeared in the hands of an employee who, with a displeased look, wanted to return a half-working phone.
