Had a fairly short wait to talk to someone who spoke fairly good English. He accepted my laptop for a warranty repair and took care to protect the top cover by putting tape on it.
The repair was done right and on time but the screen was damaged in that there are light spots and lines on the screen that weren't there when I brought it in.
