I have never seen such incompetence. Repair of my phone took 2.5 (!) Months, promised 3 days. Three times I had to take it back under warranty and each time I returned the phone with a breakdown from which I had contacted from the beginning, assuring that everything was fixed and each time they made a new diagnosis and made a diagnosis for weeks. Having unsuccessfully poked a finger at the sky, they didn t come up with anything better than to say the problem was not detected by the master after the next diagnosis , which lasted more than a week. After spending 2 minutes, the problem miraculously nevertheless appeared in the hands of an employee who, with a displeased look, wanted to return a half-working phone. As a result, they could fix the phone only after the intervention of the leadership 2.5 months after the first call! Stay away from this place.
