I ordered a laptop matrix cover, the delivery time was up to 2 weeks, after this period they called another 15 days plus. So either they didn t order it at all, or they don t know the delivery time of the spare parts at all. I really do not advise you to contact this "service", but the main problem is that it is officially represented by Asus alone.
