Dishonest and untrustworthy. Will scam you out of your hard earned money and then laugh in your face about it. I have no idea how Terry can call this circus a "business"

The incompetency and unprofessionalism of your shop lead me to take said engine to an actual reputable shop in town to diagnose your bogus claims. Your incompetent staff could not find the issue and therefore made something up to try and cover yourselves. After speaking to a real mechanic he laughed when I told him your ridiculous diagnosis of this engine. Also informed me what you said isn't even possible and his opinion is much more credible than your own. After said qualified mechanic took a look over the pieces he found a crack in the cylinder which is causing the coolant leak. Not a bent rod, Terry. (Which I'm going to add is the most ridiculous conclusion of a coolant leak I've ever heard of but it doesn't surprise me that you of all people would come up with something like that)

At the end of the day you and your shop are underqualified, overconfident and very rude. Maybe learn how to work on the machines you sell in store and you won't run into issues in the future. Or maybe have a back bone and admit when you've made a mistake and fix the issue.
