Sent my bike in to them after an accident. They never sent the report to ICBC and we had to do a lot of the talking to ICBC directly. They held our bike and said we could not take it and after talking with ICBC they said they had no reason to hold our bike. Bring your business somewhere else, this place is terrible. They always say I have over 25 years of experience but obviously it wasn t a good 25 years. We were pretty upset with the service, taking it somewhere else now.
