Great store. Great staff. I have been dealing with Kelowna Yamaha for the better part of 10 years and have always had a great experience. The service department has always been fair and knowledgable. One of the best techs in Canada works there and I wouldn't let anyone but him work on my "girls" .
There service manager is straight forward and always keeps me informed on time and cost of my repairs.
The parts department always have what I need and if they don't it's there in a short amount of time.
The store as a whole is knowledgable and I have always had great service from everyone there.
I would recommend them to anyone for a new bike, parts or service.
