Typical sleazy sales people looking to take your cash with no accountability or even the slightest attempt at customer service. I highly recommend getting in touch with Cam Hazell at Kelowna Nissan for your next vehicle purchase. I bought a used truck from him at the dealership after searching the lower mainland for a few months; I decided to expand my search area and found one at Kelowna Nissan.
I'm very glad I did! The negotiations are what they are, everyone wishes they paid less, but I still think I got a good value vehicle. This review is not about negotiations, but rather the client experience - it was excellent! Even during money talks, Cam was respectful, always replied promptly, and made me feel like he wanted the business I was bringing. I never got cliche sales piches we all hate, and my detailed questions and concerns were were taken seriously.
Cam picked me up at the airport, super courteous, friendly, relaxed vibe. The vehicle was as good or better than advertised. Clean, shiny, smelled great, full of gas, everything worked perfectly. Hard to find any complaints really, despite trying for the purpose of this review. The payment process was hassle free - if you've bought at other dealerships you know to dread the sales room. Ted gave me all the warranty choices, and I felt the decision making to be easy and no pressure.
All in all, my best car dealership experience ever. Start to finish not a ball was dropped. As far as I'm concerned, Cam should be getting a promotion, as he brings so much trust and value to the dealership. I feel like you can really trust Kelowna Nissan. Sounds like I got paid to write this, but really I'm just a dude who was looking for a truck, and Cam made it really easy and perhaps enjoyable.

The service department totally dropped the ball and wasted my entire day. I called ahead to set up an appointment for some recall work. I told them
I live 4 hours away and would be coming to Kelowna on a certain date and they had to check to see if they have the parts and appointment time to preform the work. When dropping off the vehicle I was met by a nice knowledgable guy. They said it would take 4 hours to do the work so I twiddled my thumbs for 4 hours. When heading back to the service department they said they couldn't do the work as they had to inspect first and then repair and they didn't have the parts on hand to repair. Seems like a pocket excuse to me and perhaps they didn't order the parts ahead of time. If this place cared about their clients time they would have had this part on hand ready to install like they said when booking the appointment. This costed me taking a day off work, gas, and unnecessary frustration. I would have gave one star but the guy in in the service shop apologized and felt bad.
i live in Nova Scotia and bought a car from them, they made the process much easier than i thought it would have been to purchase a car from across the country. they sent me multiple walk around videos of the car so i could see more than just pictures, everyone i dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

During my online search to find the right vehicle I received a call back from a very kind and professional sales professional by the name of Vikas. Vik was a great communicator, efficient, and transparent. He provided me all the information I required since I would be travelling from out of province to make a trade on my vehicle. I was able to get the best trade in value for my vehicle compared to several dealerships which made the whole process way less stressful. I spoke to Nichole in Finance over the phone and she was super friendly and helpful. I could tell she genuinely went to bat for me to get me the best rate and term she could. I travelled and made it to the dealer the following day and the entire process was seamless. The truck was exactly what I was looking for and better than I expected! My initial dealings with Kelowna Infiniti Nissan started off on the wrong foot. I was given an almost $10,000 difference in combined trade and new vehicle purchase price vs a dealership in Edmonton, AB. In the end, I drove to AB and purchased my vehicle there. Unfortunately, the problem only worsened when having to deal with the service department. John in service is amazing, but anyone other than him made me feel incompetent and small. Despite many frustrating situations, I was wanting to upgrade my JX35 to a QX80 ( which is an $80,000 vehicle) and am still waiting on a phone call back from the sales manager to do so. After seeing that their staff, (aside from John) were not willing to contact me for the sale, I purchased at Kelowna Ford Lincoln. I am elated to be dealing with a different dealership.
I just helped my teenage daughter buy a 2009 Versa from Kelowna Infiniti Nissan and I must say we were both very pleased and impressed with the purchasing process from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, Stu Morgan, was a perfect match for us. Stu is personable, professional, eager to help but not pushy - in short, he was a pleasure to work with and one of the best car sales guy I have met in years. My daughter first went to the dealership on her own where Stu made her feel welcome and treated her as a real customer, set her up with a test drive and answered her questions about the car. Stu was also very attentive to follow-up with me for a second test drive. My daughter and I visited the dealership the next day, and Stu was there well-prepared to go over the details of the car with me and answer any questions. Stu read our situation very well (University student buying a car) and worked very well with us and the Sales Manager to reach a deal in a timely and professional manner. In summary, Stu made buying a car enjoyable. I want to also give a shout out to Corey Aiken (Sales Consultant) who we made initial contact with on the Kelowna Infiniti Nissan website and he helped facilitate the first test drive. Corey did a great job in providing the information we initially requested in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from Kelowna Infiniti Nissan or recommending this dealership to friends/family.

I spoke to Kyle in the service department about some potential engine concerns (rear timing gasket failure) regarding my Infiniti G37xs. Kyle was very helpful, he dispelled any fears I had about my Infiniti and took the time to locate any TSBs and recalls for my car. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the service department at Kelowna Infiniti.

Very High Level of Customer Service. We arrived at the dealership very late afternoon and everyone worked very hard to satisfy our needs, including working past closing time on a Saturday night. We purchased and were insured, all on sight and left with a great vehicle. I bought from this dealership without having seen or test driving the vehicle and had it delivered to Vancouver Island. I wouldn t suggest buying without checking a vehicle out in person. The problems that I had with the vehicle were taken care of in a timely manner by Nissan, with some coaxing. As far as car dealerships go, I would recommended it. Just do your own inspection before buying a used vehicle.

Our daughter was looking for a reasonable fuel efficient vehicle within a budget. She was hesitant to continue looking because of the high pressure, rude salesmen she had encountered at other dealerships. From the moment she met Bruce he spoke to her about her needs and budget and, without pressuring her, managed to find a perfect car. He was respectful, knowledgeable and patient through the entire process. We cannot recommend Bruce at Kelowna Nissan highly enough.

Do your homework and do not trust what the sales person tells you as they will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. Very disappointed as I think Nissan makes a great product but can't purchase it from a dishonest salesman.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. My partner and I called a few weeks ago to inquire about a car and the salesman Stu started accusing us of very odd things, I think he was mistaken. We hung up after he mocked and mimicked us on the phone only for him to call us back and start threatening us some more telling us to "come down there and we'll meet the biggest guy we've ever met". We were so baffled, it was bizarre to say the least. We posted our experience with him on their Facebook page and the Social Media Manager Bruce then messages my partner threatening legal action if he doesn't take it down. My partner is a lawyer and pretty much laughed it off - but the fact that the manager of their social media thought he could threaten people to take THEIR own reviews of their personal experience with the bizarre staff this dealer hires is quite unprofessional and immoral. Do not deal with this dealer, the people they employ are insane and when having to deal with reviews for the insane behaviour their staff shows, they start threatening you. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a very annoying first time experience for buying a car. My car broke down, so I knew I needed to get a new one that day. The salesman that helped me seemed super nice (as they all do). When I got home that day I realized my new car was broken, so I immediately called him back. I drove back and fourth to Nissan about 7 times for them to finally fix the broken part. Not only did I have to constantly call, and show up there when I would call Brock, my salesman, would not return my calls. The only reason my car finally got fixed is because I called somewhere and set up an appointment. After the car was fixed I was happy again, until I realized my salesman had "misinformed" me about my car. Every time I went into the dealership Jarrod Stocks was so welcoming with a big smile and some funny joke which made going there constantly not that bad. The next issue was trying to get the feature that I was told my car had (and it didn't) - this took over a month to get anything done. I would call Brock and he would ignore my calls. One day I even called twice and left a message (on my phone), then called from a different number right after and he answered right away. When I said it was me he was stunned and extremely rude telling me he didn't know the answer. He hadn't responded or done anything at his point to help me. Finally the general manager began helping me, and he was awesome too! By the time he started helping me to the time I got my new car it only took a week and a bit.
The day I arrived to get my new car I was greeted with a smile by Jarrod. He was excited to be able to deliver me my new car! Jarrod took the time to help me set everything up and make sure I was happy before I left the dealership! I wish I had him help me the entire time! If you go there ask for Jarrod and you won't be disappointed! I give him a 10/10! He was very polite, knowledgeable and honest! I will for sure recommend you to everyone!

Most recently, my 2017 Pathfinder developed an expensive mechanical issue last month. When I brought the vehicle in for service, I advised the service tech that I had some concerns with the potential cost of the repair. He took my concerns to his manager who worked with Nissan corporate and the local dealership to offset some of the cost and turn a potentially negative feeling on my part into a very positive experience overall. What was most impressive was that I did not have to argue or fight, rather I presented my thoughts, they listened and delivered over and above my expectations.
Truly an example of a business that understands customer service and the value of relationships with their customer base.
Would recommend them highly as our experience from purchase of a couple of vehicles to ongoing regular service has always been exceptional.

Worst service ever. Not one person greeted me upon coming for tire service - there was no front desk person although more than a handful of employees looked at me. I had to find my own way to get my tires done. Had an appointment - two hours for tires! Trying to figure out whats up with my car takes five people and i have to chase them. I bought this car from Nissan, Morgan my sales rep sold me an overpriced car. He lied about the condition of the vehicle. It was in the garage three times within three months of purchasing. Morgan left Nissan without telling me and I got assigned to a new person who could not even call me. He sent me an email telling me he was my rep now and that was that. Do not buy your car here and do definitely do not get service here.

Wow! I don't know where to start. I can't thank the team at Nissan enough for all they have done for me and my recent purchase of my Nissan Frontier. I had been to about three other dealerships in the searching process and the team at Nissan's approach was vastly different than anywhere else I had been. They really made a point of trying to get the best for me. Whether it was a deal or giving me honest advice. I never felt like it was just about making a buck like at some other dealerships.

I was skeptical of the need for semi annual maintenance and was wondering if it would be a big bill for stuff not needed as we have an electric vehicle. It seems fair and it all went well. Good job. Oh, and they added two more level 2 Electric Vehicle charge stations. Good to see some forward thinking on their part.

I received a fair trade for my vehicle I traded in and a good price on my new Sentra which I have had for 2 days and love it! Tala was awesome in going through all the detais when he delivered my car to me.

My husband and I are purchasing a new to us vehicle from Kelowna Nissan. We were greeted at the door by a very pleasant young man named Garret. We went there to look at a specific vehicle only to find out that it was no longer available. Garret found us an even better vehicle with a very good price. There was absolutely no pressure from him and he was able to answer all of our questions. Garret Thorne is the nicest young man. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable and makes a mean Cappuccino! We will definitely recommend his services to our friends and family.
The service department like to take advantage of young girls that don't know much about cars.
They are lower than bottom feeders.
My Niece brought in her car because it was stalling at intersection. They charged her over 2'200$ and didn't even address the proble! It was written on the invoice brought in for misfire and stalls.
Instead they changed the brakes, the speedometer, fixed a leak in the power steering (That still leaks) and never fixed the problem!
Just picked up my kicks today. Loving it and the sales team was amazing! Garret was great no pressure, and fun to work with!

Booked a test drive on line and just walking into the showroom made us very comfortable. This was the first time at the dealership. Reception alerted the sales person (Dylan Tran) and he assisted us with a walk through of the vehicle before the test drive. When we returned all our questions were answered. We decided to purchase an identical vehicle to the one we test drove. Delivery was smooth, from finance (Sara Braeuer), to the orientation with Dylan. Happy experience!
