Mackenzie from Kelowna Nissan made sure of a really good experience for me. I went in for my car appraisal and she was patient and helpful. The interaction was brief but sweet.

I have nothing bad to say about the sales experience. However, I had a few issues post sale were very frustrating to resolve through my sales representative. Not once did I receive a follow up with how my vehicle was doing. I tried to contact my sales rep by email, text message, phone and voicemail. I did not receive any reply for a couple of weeks and when I did it was by text message. The message itself was very informal. There should definitely be much better customer service post sale.

Went with a friend to help with her car buying venture. Dealership is really friendly and the lounges have great beverage choices! The dealership is very clean and my friend found the buying experience to be low pressure and enjoyable..She's very happy with her deal and we will both recommend Kelowna Nissan to our friends and family! Have been a loyal Nissan client for over 12 years (Morrey Nissan, Burnaby) & recently moved to Penticton. My Micra broke down in July and having no dealership here, Nissan Roadside Assistance took over and had my car towed to Kelowna. Parts needed to be ordered, and although that ended up taking much more time than we thought, Wayne Chang in Service kept me apprised of all/any updates along the way. Also ensured I had a rental vehicle for the duration. Thank you Wayne & Kelowna Nissan!

Over the course of a couple months we visited and test drove some Nissan Leafs from Infinity Nissan before finally purchasing. Ross, the sales person that helped us, was always prompt and helpful in answering our questions and e-mails and never pressured us. We're very happy with our Nissan Leaf!

Just bought a 2018 Nissan Leaf this morning from Cam Hazell at Kelowna NIssan and wish to express what an enjoyable experience the whole process was. I know the Leaf is still a relatively new sort of beast and with its 2018 makeover come a lot of new features, but Cam was impressively well-versed on the subject and its features and he was helpful in a very un-rushed, interested way. I was expecting full-on sales mode tactics from a sales associate as I walked in, but I was pleasantly surprised by his congenial manner and his no pressure approach. Quick to respond to my texts throughout the week prior to my walking in this morning and with the careful arrangements he made to meet me at the dealership this morning, I felt Nissan's standards were high for customer services. Suffice it to say that I walked out of there feeling highly satisfied of my purchase as I know I got the car that best suits my requirements at a very fair price.

We purchased a 2019 Rouge. Our sales person was Rae-Ann Forester. It was a pleasant experience dealing with a personable
Proffecional and knowledgeable individual. She answered all our questions and the questions she was unsure of she immediately researched and found the info we requested.There was never any pressure of any kind. She always made us feel comfortable.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kelowna Nission and Rae-Ann to any one looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I would definitely deal through Rae'-Ann again.

A week has gone by, and I living my new Pathfinder more and more each day! Kelowna Nissan understood the needs of my family, and delivered a vehicle which was the perfect fit. We never felt pressured into buying a car, the sales staff(we were assisted by Dylan who I highly recommend) did not bombard us with those annoying calls like other dealerships. Recently purchased a vehicle from Kelowna Nissan, did so from a long distance relying on pictures and video. The transaction could not have gone better from start to finish. Oscar, the GM, responded personally to my initial email and handed off the sale to Matt. Matt took the time to take an HD video very carefully covering each area of the car and sent it my way. Matt then worked diligently to seal the deal letting me know I could always back out no questions asked if I didn't like the car in person.. All the positive communication gave me the confidence to drive to Kelowna and see the vehicle in person. It was exactly as promised. I just bought a used Audi Q5 and I can say the customer service at this dealership rivals the best. I am loving my new vehicle but when I received it, it was meticulously cleaned. I d requested an auto start, new tires and a trailer hitch and these items were all taken care of for me so that when I picked up my vehicle it was the way I wanted. Terrible service, brought my vehicle for an oil change, afterwards had trouble starting it. NEVER had issues until I went to see them. Brought the vehicle back to get fixed which I was charged for of course, and the issue is still persisting, I would say that not only they lack in customer service, but clearly don't know what they are doing in general.

This feedback relates solely to the service department as we have had no experience with the sales side despite owning 2 Nissan vehicles.

Kelowna Nissan's website advertises an Express Oil Change in under 30 minutes. I've been in for at least 3 oil changes and the last two have taken well over an hour. The most recent one was an hour and a half.

I tried to share this feedback with the service advisor and he didn't seem to want to hear it so I politely asked to speak with a service manager. He offered me complimentary oil change on my next visit so we will give them one more shot.

I like the idea of having the oil changed at the dealership as I feel they are better equipped to handle issues that may arise and provide regular mechanical inspections and have better trained mechanics than regular Express change shops but waiting over an hour consistently for an oil change when it's supposed to be 30 minutes isn't feasible with a busy schedule.

I'll update this review after I get my next oil change.

Quite simply the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced at a dealership! And this is coming from a person living on the other side of the country ~ Ontario.

I was looking for a particular vehicle and after making an inquiry I received not only a very warm, welcoming message that answered all of my questions, but the salesperson, Bruce, actually left me a Youtube video introducing himself so I could put a name to a face.

I was stunned. Bruce demonstrated a great attention to detail and even offered to get the car shipped over to me for FREE!

If you're not from BC but want a vehicle, I highly recommend Kelowna Infiniti. These guys are so awesome, I would rather deal with them than the dealers in my own province!

Great service and modern facility with a large selection of vehicles

Traded my Ram truck in and had a painless , excellent, hassle free experience. Got what i felt was close enough to trade value and was helped quickly and professionally. Oscar and Garrett were great.

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I certainly would for that is how strongly my family and I feel about the Nissan portion of this company. The integrity of the management of this dealership is highly questionable at best and profit and the company's best interests trump all other considerations.
Long story short (short as I can make it!): my son was interested in a used vehicle that they had for sale and my wife and I were curious to see if the Pathfinder would suit our needs. The used vehicle was actually priced $3000 lower on the car than what it stated on the website, with no disclaimer about being subject to change, etc. After some discussion with my son and my wife, Randy, one of the Sales Managers, would not honour the rate listed right on the vehicle.
A week later, all three of us went into the dealership wishing to express our disappointment with what we felt was a morally wrong decision not to honour the erroneously priced rate. We ended up speaking to Bryden, another Sales Manager, who seemingly reluctantly came out to speak to us about the issue. I don't feel that I am being overly harsh in categorizing him as an arrogant defender of the company's money without any regard to the ultimate question of "What is the right thing to do?" The conversation from his end consisted of blaming other staff for being so incompetent (the minimum wage student in the back for the pricing error and the new salesperson for, among other things, "putting his foot in his mouth", the latter while he was standing right beside him). An incredibly humiliating experience for the new salesperson, I have no doubt, being openly criticized for all to hear! Bryden kept insisting that the higher price was a good deal, something that I repeatedly told him was not the issue - it was about honouring a listed price.
I then left a voice mail for the General Sales Manager to call me, something which only happened when I called him back 2 weeks later and left a less polite message asking him to call me. Dez merely regurgitated the same irrelevant points as Bryden and, in fact, defended him as a good sales manager.
My overall experience with this dealership would lead me to believe that all their transactions are done with ONLY ONE THING IN MIND - the company's short-term bottom line, regardless of how it is obtained.
My wife and I went to another dealership and have now purchased a new vehicle, one which came with excellent customer service.
Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware!!!!

had a major recall repair done on a fairly old nissan pathfinder done about 3 weeks ago. Like I said it was a major job. I have to give them 5 stars for everything. Nothing to complain about at all. And I insprected the work afterwards. I gave one star to a dealer in penticton and they were not happy about that at all. It was not a nissan dealer but it is what it is. If you give a really bad review to a dealer ;its funny how they say they cant find you in the system. and on the other hand nissans are under rated I think they have very good vehicles. so thanks again for the very fast response time and quality of the repair.
