During my online search to find the right vehicle I received a call back from a very kind and professional sales professional by the name of Vikas. Vik was a great communicator, efficient, and transparent. He provided me all the information I required since I would be travelling from out of province to make a trade on my vehicle. I was able to get the best trade in value for my vehicle compared to several dealerships which made the whole process way less stressful. I spoke to Nichole in Finance over the phone and she was super friendly and helpful. I could tell she genuinely went to bat for me to get me the best rate and term she could. I travelled and made it to the dealer the following day and the entire process was seamless. The truck was exactly what I was looking for and better than I expected! Both Nicole and Vik, who came in on their day off to accommodate me, guided me through the buying process and I could sense they were just as excited as I was for my new vehicle. Overall, as someone who has purchased many vehicles from dealers, I can confidently say that my experience at Kelowna Nissan was easily the best. I value both customer service and transparency-- I was shown nothing less!! Thank you!!
