The service department totally dropped the ball and wasted my entire day. I called ahead to set up an appointment for some recall work. I told them
I live 4 hours away and would be coming to Kelowna on a certain date and they had to check to see if they have the parts and appointment time to preform the work. When dropping off the vehicle I was met by a nice knowledgable guy. They said it would take 4 hours to do the work so I twiddled my thumbs for 4 hours. When heading back to the service department they said they couldn't do the work as they had to inspect first and then repair and they didn't have the parts on hand to repair. Seems like a pocket excuse to me and perhaps they didn't order the parts ahead of time. If this place cared about their clients time they would have had this part on hand ready to install like they said when booking the appointment. This costed me taking a day off work, gas, and unnecessary frustration. I would have gave one star but the guy in in the service shop apologized and felt bad.
