Parking a bit of a pain but some of staff decent enough.
Went and test drove a second hand performance car recently, salesman in the car had little to no knowledge of the car and its features or at least employed zero sales technique in trying to show me the features and remained silent during the test drive.
To me it seemed he could not understand the reasons to buy such a specialist car and for that reason what would be required in a test drive! Taking a test drive along a motorway is absolutely pointless in a performance car!
Manager in the dealership itself was friendly and helpful and seemed to be interested in selling a car. The gentleman that I had however I am not so sure. Maybe he thought I was just a test pilot but I could have bought that car on the day and down to a poor test drive and an off-putting sales person I walked away.

Went to lookers newcastle to buy a nissan quashqui we'd seen online. Thomas helped us through the whole process and explained everything and answered all our questions. The car is amazing, in great condition and at a very fair price. Thomas was very good and we came away happy. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I always find the MOT test and annual service a somewhat stressful occasion, but this time round my contact at Lookers took care to keep me informed at every stage of the process and had the job completed within a single day despite parts having to be ordered in. The car came back fully valeted and in perfect working order at the end of the day.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Couldn't fault this at all. My only upset would be that I have to have the car professionally valeted as the passenger front floor carpet had chewing gum stuck to it and not clean at all and even though I was given mats from another car, the passenger side mat stuck to the chewing gum and the driving side mat had a hole in.

Covid or not sitting on a hard seat without an offer of refreshment is bad for 3 hrs.

Why bother taking a booking if you can't fulfil the expected service! Having booked a service to include a courtesy car so I can get to work only to be told that a car isn't available and that a new appointment could be booked for a later date.I left the premises thinking never again will I use this company after wasting over an hour to get into town.
David Howe was accommodating and he really went the extra mile to help with the sale, finance arrangements and pick up. He's an asset to the group and made the process of buying smooth.

Thanks to David Bruce in sales for all of his assistance and courtesy in helping us choose the perfect Nissan vehicle. Lookers Nissan, Newcastle once again have been excellent to deal with.
Had a standard service completed on a Nissan Qashqai which was fine however the car was valeted without being asked which ordinarily would be a welcomed bonus however the one that was done was terrible.
The body work and windows were left with dirty water streak marks and internally they had used a shiny dashboard cleaner all over the steering wheel, doors and dashboard which is patchy and has made the car feel really greasy.
There are also white finger marks on the door panel which I can't remove.
I called and to ask to speak to customer service and after a few minutes on hold the woman on the phone said there was no one to speak to and that she would get someone to call me back.
This never happened.
I'm now left with a 'valeted car' that is in worse condition then when I dropped it off.
I won't be using that garage again.
If you do decide to get work done make sure you tell them not to bother with a valet!

Absolutley shocking experience. We have only had the car since the end of August. It has 3 problems and is currently sitting in your service dept since last Wednesday. I am constantly chasing this up and no further forward as to when we will receive our car back. Spoken to at least 6/7 different people. I will NEVER return yo Lookers after this.
