This is one of the only online testimonials I ve ever posted but feel strongly the service I receive consistently from the dealership warranted it.

Most recently, my 2017 Pathfinder developed an expensive mechanical issue last month. When I brought the vehicle in for service, I advised the service tech that I had some concerns with the potential cost of the repair. He took my concerns to his manager who worked with Nissan corporate and the local dealership to offset some of the cost and turn a potentially negative feeling on my part into a very positive experience overall. What was most impressive was that I did not have to argue or fight, rather I presented my thoughts, they listened and delivered over and above my expectations.

Truly an example of a business that understands customer service and the value of relationships with their customer base.

Would recommend them highly as our experience from purchase of a couple of vehicles to ongoing regular service has always been exceptional.
