These people have been cold calling me about my property that I de-listed a year ago. I've never had a relationship with these people, no idea who they are or why they think they can cold call me.

We would have rated them a zero but working with Charanjeev Singh has been the WORST business experience ever! Do not accept work from this agent as we are fighting to have an invoice paid for services rendered. Our calls are ignored, our text are ignored, he will disconnect the call if you call from a different number. We provided several cleaning services for him for a commercial and residential property and he now refuses to pay. Keep in mind that we worked around contractors at both cleanings because he consistently made promises that were not fulfilled. Stay away from accepting any work from this agent and his family!

Unprofessional!!! I called this office to find the broker over an issue with Jimmy Jones and the receptionist had no idea who was in charge of the office legally. He has a listing entered in mls for months that has been foreclosed. If you want to be part of a cattle-herding operation, this is your place. Good luck.

We closed on Friday, 11/20/2020, and we asked him to please keep the utilities on for at least 3 business days because of the weekend and Thanksgiving week the next week. East Point has a 72 hr policy for turning on utilities and with this week being a short week due to Thanksgiving they are under staff. We explained this to him in detail and he agreed. Now we don't have any utilities and not sure if we will have them on this week. It is also very cold.

He decided to turn off the utilities on Tuesday, 11/24/2020, and without even giving a courtesy call.

We bought a home listed by David through a buyer's agent Agent. We closed on Friday, 11/20/2020, and we asked him to please keep the utilities on for at least 3 business days the following week because of the weekend and Thanksgiving week the next week. East Point has a 72 hr policy for turning on utilities and with this week being a short week due to Thanksgiving they might need the full 72hrs. We explained this to him in detail and he agreed. Now we don't have any utilities and not sure if we will have them on this week. It is also very cold.

He decided to turn off the utilities on Tuesday, 11/24/2020, and without even giving us a courtesy call.

When our agent called him this morning he said that it's not his responsibility to have the utilities on at the property.

My experience with this agency is limited to their illegal telemarketing activities. They telemarket despite being a cell phone and additionally on the do not call list. If they have no scruples when it comes to marketing, I certainly wouldn't trust them with my money. Never do business with someone you already know does things that are illegal.

Wow, wow, wow! Deanna Cool at KW is a treasure. She helped us buy our first home and made the process incredibly smooth. If you're looking to purchase, call Deanna now.

She is:
- Responsive
- Knowledgeable
- Transparent
- Experienced

Being first-time home buyers, Deanna was honest about all the houses we looked at. She told us the pros and cons -- that really proved she's in our corner.

Through the lending process, she answered every question and gave us tips to save money.

Everyone says the homebuying process is a nightmare, but we feel blessed to have met Deanna. She made our homebuying process a dream. Thank you so much, Deanna!

I would like to say that if the agents at this office are anything like Trey Cooper, DON T LIST with them. While I understand the real estate market very well, have bought and sold houses over thirty (30) years. I have not seen this type of bait and switch by agents other than used car salesman. It is the job of the agent to know the market and list a property accordingly , not relist a day later by $25,000 and they over the weekend by $50,000 when a contract for full value was offered and not even have the courtesy to inform the buyers agent of such offers to potentially counter! This not only gives buyers the feeling that you were not even consider or in the running for the purchase of the property. Yes it s a sellers market at this time, and things change. Professionalism and courtesy shouldn t! While I m sure he will counter with my duty is to my client , while I agree with him it is also to the people that you could have as a client, both now and the future and knowing that you understand the market and price property accordingly, so that the buying public can choose to know a price and not have to go back to their lender for $50,000 over your listed price. Not only that but to communicate with other agents when you have a full price offer, but refuse or ignore the courtesy of a call to an agent to indicate here s where we are and would you buyer chose to counter . Congratulations on giving real agents a bad name, and making buyers suspicious! Maybe you should always include a tag or note on your listing, subject to change without notice, and if I m not your agent, good luck! One thing for certain you will have a future in the used car business!

No one is in charge of the place. Reputable companies have managers. This place has a 'team leader.' It is impossible to get a human being on the phone. In the last two days, they have sent unsolicited harassing automated messages indicating they have multiple potential buyers for my home based on a sale 'next door' at four different addresses. I don't have 4 homes and no one there knows how to stop the harassment. BTW, they totally disregard the federal do not call registry.
