I have worked at three different real estate companies in my 20 years in the business ranging from small to large firms. I have been with SHOTC for almost a year and I am very happy. The firm offers everything I need and nothing I don't. I found with the larger/national firm I worked with, I was paying very high fees for a lot of stuff I never used. I love the low overhead costs that SHOTC offers as well as the simplicity of company structure. The leadership/staff is accessable and the technical support Sean offers is wonderful and prompt.

Wisdom was awesome to work with. When we first met she took a look at my home and gave me a list of the things that she thought needed to be done to my home in order to get the best possible price. Things like painting the interior and exterior, updating the flooring and even recommended new light fixtures. Wisdom took that a step further and agreed to find the light fixtures that worked best. She suggested paint and carpet colors as well. She was even able to help me find local contractors that were trustworthy, professional and reasonably priced. There was quite a bit of work to be done and I had to move out of state before it was all completed. Wisdom offered to help me coordinate the work that remained and made sure that every last detail was attended to before we put the house on the market. She could not have timed that any better, we got multiple offers the very first weekend that we listed and accepted an offer above listing that same weekend. I was blown away by the offer and all the hard work that Wisdom put in to make sure my house sold for top dollar. I must admit I wish I had Wisdom telling me how to spruce up my house when I first moved in, the place looked fantastic when I sold it thanks to her, but there was a part of me that wished I could stay since it looked so beautiful. All that to say I recommend that you work with Wisdom and to fully trust her judgment, she knows the market and just what it takes to get the most out of it. I could not be happier, thank you very much for all you did Wisdom. Best of luck to all of you that have the good fortune to work with her in the future.

We listed our home on a Thursday evening with Ron and Susan Williams accecpted an offer on Sunday and closed 3 weeks later. Everything was straight forward and easy. Could not be more satisfied. If you are lookibg for a great realtor to either sell your home or help you purchase I highly recommend them.
