We highly recommend Chris Aneckii as a real estate agent. He is a true professional. He stuck by us through several offers and was always available to show us the next house. He knows his houses and their value. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and he is by far the best real estate agent we have used. Thanks Chris for an awesome home buying experience!!
Working with Brent Peterson he is one of the kindest, funniest people I have ever met. He knows more about real estate then anyone! If you want to work with a really good guy and an amazing realtor, you need to call Brent Peterson. So excited about our new home!!! The closing company even baked fresh cookies.
I want to thank Brent Peterson for helping us with our home search. It has been a real pleasure working with a true professional. Brent knows real estate, he knows more then any other realtor I have worked with and we have bought and sold 14 homes. I would recommend Keller Williams and if you want the best realtor in town, ask for Brent. Thanks again for all your hard work.
Shannon watters with KW was amazing to work with! She not only helped us navigate buying and selling, she rolled up her sleeves and helped with cleaning and staging! She was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to answer questions and to ensure a smooth transitions for each of the properties. Highly recommend she is fabulous!
Fast process and professional service. Very accommodating.
We had Top Huddock and man is he amazing. I was skeptical on meeting with any realtor because you always hear those bad stories of some that are just in it for the sale, and don't really care about you or why you're buying, they just wanna get a big commission. This wasn't the thing here. Tom walked us through the whole first time home buying process and explained everything in terms I'd understand. Even in homes that we would have considered, he really have his expertise and told us we could go down way in price because the house wasn't worth that much. we bought our first home a few months later! Amazing guy, and amazing team there at KW
I have not, nor will I go through this company to purchase a home. Mary Giersdorf Korfiatis took it upon her self to snub a review of mine for a moving company (Class Act Trucking & Moving) I had a good experience with by claiming that: "You must be dating one of them or related to them!!!"
I responded with that I was neither and that "I would discourage anyone from seeking a realtor from Keller Williams Realty Classic Northwest when one of their employees can be so presumptive with the intent to insult." as I believe the nature of her comment to be snobbish at best.
She, then, responded with a conceited "Ha! Been in the business for over 20 years and your comment will never change my business. My clients will back me 110% on that. I pride my business on honesty and integrity! There is no room for anything else!!!!!!"
My concern is that she doesn't know me, and will cast her judgements on anyone she feels that she is above. To attempt to insult me because I DID have a good experience with a company is lacking the sense of integrity she speaks of. If this is the kind of behavior her Realty company encourages and condones, then I would not seek them out for any purchase of a home. Considering there are other negative reviews for this company, you may want to reconsider.
Got it done, but pushy. Didn't listen. Family events occasionally.
The lady I work with played like she was helping me get into the nacca program she found I did it myself she just wanted a commission fron nacca doing all the work they already have realtors..
My realtor really heard what I was looking for. Her patience, professionalisn, and availability night and day was comforting during a very stressful time. I'd definitely recommend her.

Working with both the broker (Gregg Hartos) and the listing agent (Mitch Spargur) to dissolve the contract has proven to be almost impossible. There are open cases with the MN Board of Realtors and the MN Chamber of Commerce investigating potential unethical and unlawful contract practices. If I had to choose I would choose a realtor group that will be honest, ethical and professional. This has not been my experience.
In the last 5 years I have previously sold and purchased a home with Keller Williams with great service. I listed my home in January and had 2 open houses and little to no marketing. When I tried to exit my contract I was told it will be a $2,500 cost unless I stayed until July. This disclosure was not covered or explained when signing the contract and seems like a leading practice. Beware that if you do sign with Keller you should read the fine print and ensure you are not locked into something you cannot get out of.
Horrible DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Would not recommend to my enemy. Saw house signed with realtor who was selling house. Took 3 days for them to write up purchase agreement because they would not make as much money from us. Didn't get the house. Never heard another word from realtor about any other houses. Asked to be released. Broker want's 1000 bucks to let us out of release. DO NOT work with this greedy company!
Office filled with highly experienced agents willing to help anybody in any situation! If one agent doesn't know it another one will.
Not trust worthy realtors when it comes to listing home, and their aware of issues and the seller makes no mention of problems on disclosure. When do laws apply before a buyer finds out after paying for inspection and no further agreement occurs. This is false advertisement in marketing from realtor, and seller not honest in disclosure. I am not done with this even if I have to pay more to find out answers, and still lose the $545.00 I had to pay for inspection.
Really bad experience with this guys, they show me than they care more about the commission they will make on you as a Buyer but they do not mentioned that when you sign the contract you will figure it out when you put the first offer on a house and see than they charge .8% of the sale price to the Buyer + 2.6 they will charge to the seller, they charging over all of the industry so they making good money on you and for nothing, but ok it is what it is, My contract still with them and because we do not close the deal now if I need a doc or info they just don't answer me what F, acting like a kids you know " I won't play with him any more, it's my ball, I don't wan to play with you anymore" any ways be careful with this company and special with the Latinos, my god...........
Great Realtor, Dan Sibinski is the best! Super informative for first time home buyers. Lots of good times and chuckles along the way. Highly recommended.
Not impressed. The closing center is not big enough. Had to perform or clising in the lobby on a coffee table
