Extremely slow. Do not bother to answer one question. It would be nice for employees to define etiquette and rules of conduct, this is not Britain, but a cultural society, it's not customary to send people to Russia.

The visa service company TLS contact has got the dumbest website I ve seen recently. Impossible to find a pay link for additional services. Considering how much they charge for the services, why not they spend a fraction to make a good user - friendly site? Idiots.

If you are a British national and seriously think that the consulate will help, think again. Absolutely useless service, no practical guidance and frankly I have got no idea what is the purpose of them if they don t care of the British nationals anyway. Useless, impractical and discriminatory service I have ever received in my life.

Horrendous place. Does not provide advice. Kept getting passed over to people over the phone who didn't understand my situation. Turned up and asked for urgent help and was turned away. As someone says; if you are in Russia as a British citizen and think the Embassy will help you; think again.

I consider documents for a visa very quickly! No problems arise among Russian citizens. The main thing is to collect the correct package of documents and make accurate translations. True, visas are usually issued for only half a year. But, if desired, you can apply for a visa for 2, 5 and 10 years. Thank!

Absolute disaster! Visas issued with the unreasonable delays, with mistakes, the new visa service is paid and useless, Visa department of the Embassy just does not do their job!!! All the official complaints are ignored.
