From Great to Poor.

Working with both the broker (Gregg Hartos) and the listing agent (Mitch Spargur) to dissolve the contract has proven to be almost impossible. There are open cases with the MN Board of Realtors and the MN Chamber of Commerce investigating potential unethical and unlawful contract practices. If I had to choose I would choose a realtor group that will be honest, ethical and professional. This has not been my experience.

In the last 5 years I have previously sold and purchased a home with Keller Williams with great service. I listed my home in January and had 2 open houses and little to no marketing. When I tried to exit my contract I was told it will be a $2,500 cost unless I stayed until July. This disclosure was not covered or explained when signing the contract and seems like a leading practice. Beware that if you do sign with Keller you should read the fine print and ensure you are not locked into something you cannot get out of.
