Where to start? Overall, I am so LUCKY to have come across this team (Kathryn Stelljes & Kayla Boundy) after searching for a new realtor. I have to say lucky because I came from a Terrible experience from a past (local) realtor (from EXP Realty) who manipulated me because the lack of knowledge had when I was first buying property and then two years later to when I was selling (needless to say I gave that lady the boot). I mention this because it is SO VERY important to have good qualities in a realtor; honesty, patience, communication, and empathy. Buying or selling is an emotional transaction and you want to make sure you have the right people on your side. Kathryn and Kayla were all of that and more!

When I had concerns (though not many), they were addressed. I found myself feeling so at ease because I was always kept informed. I was blown away by how up to date they were on everything... even to the technology/resources they use (it was always running in the background so I never felt overwhelmed). What REALLY impressed me was when Kathryn took time out of her busy schedule to meet with the buyers' lender appraiser. Just wow. This really helped with my sale at more than asking. DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

I plan on using Kathryn for future purchases and highly recommend using her for your buying/selling needs.
